the pot party had police officers busy. during the festivities.a gun was arrested and remains in custody. there were reports of gunshots.but police found no evidence of a shooting. police say between eight and ten people arrested during the event are facing felony charges.but did not disclose for what. concerns about four-twenty on "hippie hill" don't stop when the festival is over. last year, there was a tremendous amount of trash left behind in the park that cost more than 10- thousand dollars to clean up. this year, the san francisco department of public works announced they would do more to help cleanup after the event. several volunteer groups, like the one you see here. picked up trash all throughout the day.
