in the south bay.a crack in the case in the road rage killing of a san jose father of two young boys. police have linked two people.including a 17-year- old boy to the murder of "phuoc hong long lam" on may sixth. this is video of the scene.when police say lam swerved to miss a car that pulled into his path.then pulled over. someone in the other car opened fire.and killed lam. police tracked down 17- year-old fidadelfo ortiz and 23-year-old daniel reyes just them for the murder. but they didn't announce the arrest until now.because of the on-going investigation. lam was a bus driver and the sole source of income for his wife and two boys. one of whom has severe autism. a world-wide, fundraising campaign helped raise more
