cloud cover through the day. and the highs, 60s, 70s and a few low 80s out there and 68 in richmond. and low 70s in downtown san francisco. we have some rain to the north. this rolled cold front will drop our -- this cold front will drop our temperatures and bring this rain in our area. off and on showers. we could accumulate perhaps up to an inch for the higher elevations in the north bay and probably trace amounts under a quarter of an inch for the bay area. so here is a look at your 7 around the bay forecast. temperatures drop by as much as ten degrees tomorrow and keep your umbrellas handy and the rain stretches overnight and it could affect the next game of the world series and we'll dry things out on early sunday morning. and then lots of sunshine and warmer temperatures as we head into next week so get ready for the wet weather around the bay

threatening injuries. and the business will open today. today in the east bay, more than a hundred waste management workers are marching on the picket lines. they are represented by the warehouse workers' union. this strike is illegal and trash will still be picked up as usual. >> city of oakland that's taken bold steps that they value the work of recycling and they them to pay recyclers in a decent manner. and waste management has basically has agreed to do the minimum because they have to but refusing to talk about the issues that are important for people of been without a contract. >> district board of directors

will talk about possibly talking pedestrian -- charging them to use the sidewalks along the golden gate bridge. they call a sidewalk access fee and they released the idea on monday. but it is considered just in the concept page. they say it would help alleviate the $33 million deficit that the bridge currently faces. the giant are gearing up for game three of the world series and so are the police as well. they will be cracking down on people act badly. >> we'll be there for public safety and traffic and also looking for any illegal ticket sales, merchandising making it is brought to our attention. we'll be part of our duties that day. >> giants and the royals arrive

muggy out there, especially downtown san francisco. as we head into the afternoon, we'll notice an increase in cloud cover. there's a slight chance for the north by later this afternoon. but i think we'll hold on to dry conditions, especially for game three of the world series. here's a look at your temperatures this afternoon. richmond upper 60s and 69 in half moon bay. we have an eye on the cold front that is from the pacific that will bring us light rain and we could see up to an inch the higher elevations in the north bay. atlantic i set this up for 5:00 that is game 3 of the world series no rain in sight. but we have thick fog along the coastline. and it looks like the rain arrives overnight and 2:00 a.m. starting to see the rain develop in santa rosa. and it will pass through in the morning hours. and we'll continue with a
