landing in halifax early this morning. they were traveling from toronto. they were able to get off the plane and as many as 23 people were getting off to the hospital and minor injuries. >> we hit an air canada flight from toronto. and made a hard landing at halifax. and has gone off the runway. and the passengers involved. and we have reports of some minor injuries at this point. >> passengers are all being assessed by the folks. and those require treatment. are receiving it. >> now, none of the injuries sustained are considered major. >> heavy snow reported at the time of the landing. it is not clear. and if that played a role in the accident. this is still under investigation. back in the bay area. >> two people are in custody and in connection with a homicide late friday night in union city. >> the 33-year-old victim was shot multiple times in the

. police are investigating a report of an attempted kidnapping. of a 16-year-old girl. it happened in the area of fletcher lane. the girl was walking home from school when a man armed with handgun grabbed her and pulled her into a car. she was able to get out of the car. the suspect may have been involved with two prior incidents. nearly two to seen people are recovering. after an air canada jet came off the runway. this is a hard landing in halifax. flight was traveling from toronto. they were able to get off the
