conditions. little bit of a sun peaking through but look like start off with gray skies for a good portion of the bay area. here's a look the oakland day planner. upper 50s under cloudy conditions. but lunch 57 and daytime high 70. a little cooler compared to yesterday and mid--- upper 60s by 4:00 p.m. and then 66 by this evening. cooling off. the winds may be picking up. visibility right now we're down to 2-mile visibility but yesterday this time we had less than a mile. notes a dense. 5-mile visibility at 4:00 but in problems where we're look at clear conditions no. delays on those arriving flights today. right now it's 53 in san francisco.

shooting of rice in cleveland ohio. what was in that 200-page report. >> reporter: the investigation by the sheriff's department seems to confirm the story most people know. but delivers greater detail. in a key finding the report cannot confirm a police officer's statement he shouted orders to rice before shooting him. saying according to witnesses interviews it's unclear whether he shouted verbal commands from inside the zone car to rice. who was loactded inside of the gazebo area prior to discharging his weapon. he was one to two seconds after getting out of his car. one that hit the boy standing four and a half to seven feet away. the documents revealed moments after the shooting requested ems then asked for them again asking to step it up. in a third request asked for cleveland fire to respond.
