>> fallout continues this morning after a shopper was beaten and bloody and photos are spread on social media. this happen at the hands of a private social security -- security guard in oakland. they tell us the changes being made to the store over the weekend. >> i'm grateful there has been a strong response change jody took the graphic photos that started it all. she took them thursday night after a man was slammed into a concrete wall by a security guard at the bay planes whole foods market. she put the photos on twitter with the hashtag black lives matter and the story took off from there. >> with this happening around the country on a fairly regular basis. >> reporter: whole foods says they have a zero biles approach towards violence and i still investigating what happened here on thursday night. a new security firm, a.g.s. private security, starts tomorrow morning.

the college shooting. twenty-four-year-old rico ridgeway was arrested for pulling out a knife during the fight prior to the shooting. ridgeway says the man killed in the shooting, gonzales, was his cousin. the shooting started after a fight broke out between them and another group of men. ridgeway and another were injured and gonzalez was killed. ridgeway refused to say what led to his cousin's death or share any knowledge he had about the other men. police are still looking for the gunman who ran off after the shooting. rescuers are still looking for a blue whale that's tangled in a fishing line along the southern california coast. you're looking at the 80-foot mammal that was spotted drag hundreds of feet of line and a we on friday. the marina animal rescue says it was too rough to cut the line of friday and they will -- tried to do it again on saturday but lost contact. animal rescue said the whale was in good health. it could eventually get tired
