san francisco, these buses are going to be your best bet. i just got off the phone with taylor huckabee, the bart spokesman, and he said everything is running smoothly. he can't tell me if ridership is down more today than yesterday but yesterday it was down 40 percent compared to last year at the same time. he said they are still monitoring to see how many people are using the busses but in terms of the construction on the trans bay two, everything is going close to schedule. writers here are very satisfied with the service. this is but a few of them have to say. >> we made it across the bridge without incident. >> i think it's great, really well organized. >> reporter: again, taylor huckabee at bart tells me they are planning to reopen the trans bay tube for train service on today at 4:00

blue-green lg. >> they have had beaches along the river posted cautioning people about the algae but last weekend new concerns arose. >> what recently changed is that over last weekend there was a dog that had been out on the water in the river for a several hour. and had seizures and passed away. it did test positive for the presence of the toxin which is the toxin from the blue-green algae. >> the health department is urging those using the river to leave pets at home and carefully watch their children at the riverbanks where the lg collect. whether it's the algae blue or diminished river flow that has kept his speech nearly abandoned, there is nearly -- only one thing they can resolve all problems. >> it is unlikely the condition is going to change dramatically until there is more rain and the weather cools down. >> reporter: jeff pierce, kron four news. >> reporter: sacramento arrest one of the men injured during

the college shooting. twenty-four-year-old rico ridgeway was arrested for pulling out a knife during the fight prior to the shooting. ridgeway says the man killed in the shooting, gonzales, was his cousin. the shooting started after a fight broke out between them and another group of men. ridgeway and another were injured and gonzalez was killed. ridgeway refused to say what led to his cousin's death or share any knowledge he had about the other men. police are still looking for the gunman who ran off after the shooting. rescuers are still looking for a blue whale that's tangled in a fishing line along the southern california coast. you're looking at the 80-foot mammal that was spotted drag hundreds of feet of line and a we on friday. the marina animal rescue says it was too rough to cut the line of friday and they will -- tried to do it again on saturday but lost contact. animal rescue said the whale was in good health. it could eventually get tired

bay city at 66 and san francisco. we got a mixture of 50s and 60s. antioch is 54 but concorde is 65. expects the warming trend to continue. there is a big warm up happening in the sacramento valley, not quite making it to the bay area yet. that's yet to come. what's interesting is this evening by 9:00 o'clock we don't see the progress of the 60s on the board like we saw yesterday evening. much of the peninsula state in the 60s from yesterday, just briefly popping into the 70s. not going to be the case today. here's what it looks like today. for member that offshore flow, so along the beaches 69, ocean beach 73, pacifica 69. however tempered or 79 and san francisco at 76, redwood city 87, continuing the trend going to the south bay, mostly a's at work. cupertino at 87.

morgan hill at 91. so some '90s already popping and you will see more of that in the far east bay for today. but we are trading the fourth triple digits. is getting crowded. the bay temperatures will be pretty much in the 80s for the out. and if you are going to be at the beaches to enjoy, soak it up. watch out for the swells in the undercurrents will be a little strong. those temperatures, mid-70s. they change the hillary clinton e-mail controversy continues. new details are being revealed about the personal e-mail server haley clinton had us secretary of state. on saturday her campaign officials announced that the clintons paid for a private server. cnn's and he rose has the latest. >> reporter: that facts are the facts. the clinton campaign says the democratic senator candidate and her husband bill clinton formerly paid eight defense department staffer to install a
