always give good advice. >> reporter:a cell phone video captures the grim scene late tuesday night here near the corner of east santa clara and 22nd street where police say two teens and an 18-year-old man riding in a stolen car were killed when they crashed just a few blocks from the heart of downtown san jose. police say they were racing. >> reporter:the 18-year-old identified as oscar avila toledo, of san jose. the other15-year-old jayleen ciriaco, another 15-year-old boy remains in the hospital. >> people gathered and go to places to race. i know how it is. i am not going to lie. there are dangerous.

>> reporter:police in san jose continue to search for a person of interest in a deadly hit and run. >> reporter: 1 know that the fourth person writing in that car remains in critical condition and they continued to search for the individual and that dark color acura. kron 4 news. >> pam: police in san jose continue to search for a person of interest in a deadly hit and run. >> pam: this is surveilance video of the man police are looking for. >> pam: he was in a bakery close to the crash and police believe he may have been in the car. >> pam: a pedestrian was hit yesterday morning around 7-am. it happened near south white road and florence avenue. >> pam: police have not released the name of the victim. but he is believed to be a man in his sixties. >> pam: the car in question is a full- sized white ford pickup, raised, with tinted windows, and black rims.

>> pam: this was the thirty -ninth traffic fatality this year in san jose. >> grant:happening now. a hole in the ground in union city. right near a middle school. the ground opened up on alvarado boulevard in the west bound lane. >> grant:between fair ranch road and new haven road. pick up kids at alvarado middle school. >> grant:the school is reccomending an alternate route for parents to pick up their kids. public works officials say the hole is about twelve by ten feet. this is video from our helicopter partnership with a-b-c 7. >> grant:you can see the hole didn't open up completely. but is causing a large dip in the road. >> grant:crews have blocked off the intersection. the sinkhole was reported just around noon and was around six feet in diameter. about the size of a mini cooper.
