wooden plannings. >> a bulldozer pulled up and they will continue to work to repair the sinkhole. it opened up this thursday. look at the video we have. crews were unable to finish the job then. they didn't have enough safety equipment. now the j rail light line will be affected. >> this is one of the sides of the streets this was also damaged and not clear to what caused the sinkhole and i will be here to figure that out. >> we will be checking in with you throughout the morning. >> air b and b is a popular way for people who want to make extra money but an oakland couple was shocked to find out they had been duped by someone who had rented their houses to though a party. the result of the party, thousands of dollars in damage.

. every school age child in the state of california must now be vaccinated. one of the many laws that went into effect yesterday. parents will not be able to use religion or personal beliefs for their child to be exempt from vaccination. this took off after a measles outbreak at disneyland that sickened nearly 150 people. parents have to show proof

their child has been vaccinated before the child can go to school. new measure that clarifies an existing law. drivers and cyclists are not allowed to wear ear wudz in both of their ears. wearing one is okay. two ear buds can drive outambient noise and they have to pay $150 if they get a ticket. toy guns or soft pellet guns have to look fake instead of the orange tip on it. toy guns will have to be painted white or bright color or they will need a fluorescent strip on the gun. back andy lopez was killed when a deputy thought his toy gun was real. the gartdian report last year people holding bb guns or pellet guns were killed by
