i'm chief national correspondent jim osman in des moines iowa. >> marty:presidential candidates hillary clinton and donald trump have come out on top in the latest poll in iowa. the bloomberg politics, des moines register poll is most likely the last major poll ahead of tomorrow's iowa caucus. numbers for the democratic race are close.clinton is just three points ahead of bernie sanders. on the republican side, donald trump is five points ahead of his closest contender, ted cruz. marco rubio is 15-points behind trump and in third place. the poll was conducted among likely caucus voters in both political parties. happening now. in the south bay police are still looking for a woman who stole a police car. it happened in campbell officers were called to a report of an auto theft. when they arrived. they spotted two stolen cars. one of those cars sped up and rammed the officer's s-u-v. two men hopped out of the car

police are are looking for the person who shot and killed a man in santa clara. officers responded to a call on thursday to reports that a man in his car was unresponsive. when police arrived they found that the man had been shot. police identify johan castro as the suspect. castro is still on the loose and police say he should be conisidered armed and dangerous. protesters showed up at super bowl celebrations saturday to show their outrage after mario december. the group took advantage of the large crowds of spectators. they hoped to gain attention as thousands gathered on market street to attended the opening of super bowl city. demonstrators are calling for the resignation of police chief greg suhr, the arrest of the officers involved.and an independent investigation into the case.
