story, a lot of moving parts to this, but lets get to the story and the video that i have from earlier this morning, according to the police department, they say around 1:50 this morning, one of their sergeants was coming out of the police department and heard an alarm going off behind the police station, looked up and saw a man on a roof climbing down, getting inside a car. he knew that location was the target master's gun shot. he called in the car, another police officer was able to pull over that car with 2 suspects inside, almost immediately. the sergeant made his way over to the target master's gun shop. at that point he saw a third suspect inside of the gun shop holding several weapons. at that point the sergeant told the suspect inside of the gun store to drop his weapons and that suspect did just that. that suspect who was inside of

that gun store couldn't get out. apparently the suspect had climbed down through the roof and the surd suspect could na-- third suspect could not get out and was stuck inside the locked gun store for several hours as the police department attempted to set up a perimeter and make sure there was no more suspects. there was one more. the 4th suspect was captured. >> the sheriff's office and our officers were clearing our public works behind the police department here, one subject actually got up and started to flea, jumped a 10-foot wall and got on the railway tracks, the police department and sheriff's office sent additional personnel to the southern part of town and were able to take the subject into custody for us. >> reporter: so all of that happened from 2:00 to about 5:00 this morning. all 4 suspects are in custody. right back there, this is the

police department. right there is that roof that the suspect was on. it is not apparent whether or not those suspects knew they were robbing a gun store, literally feet away from the police department. it was quick action from the sergeant, all 4 suspects are in custody at this point. a wild story that obviously, they will be talking about for a while here at the police department. >> sure is, i guess they didn't think about the exit plan, the 2 left behind. thanks a lot. that resolved itself this morning, good to know. in other stories, the search is on for an uber driver accused of assaulting a man at an airport thursday morning, the vishthm works at-- victim works at the airport and said the uber driver was speeding and followed him. the employee started taking pictures and the driver reportedly got out of the car and grabbed the victim by his shirt and pushed him. police say the driver is a man

in 40s driving a white mercedes-benz. >> this comes as there are a lot of questions about how safe uber drivers are in the wake of the kalamazoo shootings, 47-year-old jason dalton took out several attacks while taking passengers as an uber driver. 6 people die in the hour-lodge shooting spree. dalton admitted gunning down victims who he chose at random. 6:34, the cdc is investigating reports that the zika virus was transmitted sexually and anny hong has this. >> they are investigating 14 cases in the u.s. and several of those involve pregnant women. the cdc says the new report suggests the zika virus can be spread through sexual contact. it is confirmed, the high number would have major complications for controlling the virus which is usually spread by mosquito

strangely, and the next day the symptoms continued for her horse and dog, she took them to the vet but it was too late. the animals had to be put down that afternoon. veterinarians believe the animals were poisoned with oliander leaves which are deadly to many animals. leslie found several piles of suspicious cookies in the pasture where the horses live. so she believes it was in those cookies, and that is what killed them. >> they were cookies that were home made, they were about 2 and a half inches wide. full of carrot, apple, molasses, oats, something chopped up, green leafy, i can't imagine what would go through somebody's mind to put that much effort to kill somebody's horses. >> unimaginable. the sheriff's department is trying to figure who did it and
