livermore. . back to the news. a story we just broke. the alleged sex circumstantial involving the oakland police department and an underage victim. two of them have resigned. they are among the four who have already been placed on administrative leave. all under the allegations of sexual misconduct. we hear the details of the latest fallout. >> two unnamed oakland police officers facing allegations of misconduct with an underage call girl have resigned many. >> two of the officers have resigned from the department. as we move forward, we'll keep you updade date many. >> following the suicide note of bren can o'brien, talking
