>> reporter: we do not know if additional charges will be held against those suspects and they say that this is a possibility. the suspects remain in the county jail and back in court on june 1st in the afternoon. , at dan kerman kron 4 news. >> vicki:vallejo police are looking for a man suspected of starting a house fire that killed his five-year old son. 53-year-old darrylone shuemake of vallejo may have sparked the fire around 9-50 sunday morning. >> vicki:shuemake's 5-year- old son was trapped inside the home at the time and died in the fire. the boy's mother and brother were also home. >> vicki:but were able to make it out alive. a neighbor says she thinks justice and police will catch his father. >> believe in our law enforcement. we believe that they will catch him is just a matter of time. you may run but you cannot hide.

>> vicki:the 15 year old boy shot by santa rosa police late last night turned out to be carrying a fake gun. the boy was wounded and is recovering in a local hospital. kron4's maureen kelly went to the scene where the situation has residents there reliving bad memories of another high profile officer involved shooting. >>it was a situation where it could have been another andy lopez thing >> reporter:once again yellow crime scene tape wraps around a santa rosa park. once again the person involved in an armed encounter with law enforcement. a teenaged boy who turned out to be carrying a fake gun. >> reporter:details which are strikingly familiar to the fatal 2013 shooting of andy lopez by a sonoma county sheriff's deputy. but santa rosa police say there are some important differences in this situation. >>it appears he orchastrated this encounter with law enforcement with the intend to commit suicide by cop. he was in possession of a suicide note >> reporter:police say the boy himself is the one who called 9-1-1 reporting a man with a gun in normally quiet coffey park.just after 1130 monday night. and this is the gun he eventually pointed at the first responding officer on the scene. >> reporter:you can see.once

again.there was no orange tip to indicate it was a fake. that officer fired several rounds.one of them striking the boy in the foot. >>i'm glad to hear it was handled differently. >> reporter:but the fact that the boy is now lying in a hospital bed under psychiatric care is not because of any kind of change in tactic following the fatal lopez shooting.that appears to be a matter of chance. >>by no means are officers trained to shoot someone in the foot.officers are trained to stop a threat.in this case the officer was in a state of retreat. >> reporter:there were two officers on scene. although only one discharged his weapon. both were wearing body cameras that were activated and recorded the encounter. but police say they will not be releasing that footage to the public. the two officers are on paid administrative leave. >> reporter:maureen kelly kron4 news. >> grant:oakland raiders owner, mark davis, says he is "very optimisitc" about opportunities to relocate the team to las vegas. at the n-f-l owners meeting this week. e-s-p-n reports that the team continues to study whether the las vegas market is viable. and the preliminary reports have been positive. >> grant:the raiders currently have a one-year lease in oakland. with the option to sign for two more years. although the subject of the raiders moving to las vegas

report suspected child abuse. >> reporter:they have both pleaded not june 6th. >> reporter: they have both pleaded guilty and are back in court june 6th. >> reporter:both were fired by tobinworlda school that specializes in teaching autistic, severly emotionally or developmenttally disabled student ranging in age from 5 to 22 years old. tobinworld's exectutive director said in a statement that she was horrified by the incident and they would not tolerate the mistreatment or abuse of a child >> reporter:the boy seen victimized in that video talked exclusively to kron4 news. we are blurring his face because of his age. >> reporter:"how did you feel when all of that was happening?" >>"i felt angry." >> reporter:the boy's family now has a lawyer and are expected to sue. this photo of shows an abrasion on the face of another client of that same lawyer that the child allegedly got at the aides of yet another tobinworld aide. >>that video shows a culture of abuse

>> reporter:antioch police are very familiar with the institution. we poured over the police log of calls for service involving the tobinwood two campus since 2008. >> reporter:many calls involved students allegedly acting out violently.against other kids.their teachers.or even themselves. but i counted close to a dozen instances of police coming to look into allegations over staff being abusive we showed the video to a former tobinworld student. jamal victoria says he attended the same tobinworld campus in antioch for approximently 8 years. >> reporter:he was distrubed by what he saw >>she's straight up attacking him at this point. >> reporter:but not surprised >>they claim they are restraining these students for their safety and the safety of their students but they use far more force than is actually necessary. >> reporter:when jamal was 11 years old he came home with broken capaliaries around his neck.these are photos taken at the time. jamal told his mother that he had been choked and restrained by a teacher for refusing to do his work. >>"homer simpson style. just grabbed by the throat and shaken back and forth while the teacher was yelling at me." >>. he grabs me, throws me against the window and then throws me to the ground and then i'm just getting pinned. a whole bunch of
