materials were responsible when two employee's mixed materials and made a bad chemical reaction. the reaction sent off building to be evacuated. 14-people were exposed and were complaing of shortness of breath, 13 were treated on scene.one was sent to the hospital. >> vicki:a big-rig heading eastbound on interstate highway-92 near the san mateo bridge overturned this morning. c-h-p says the big-rig went off the road and into an embankment on eastbound highway-92 near the toll plaza for westbound drivers. >> vicki:the crash blocked one lane for about an hour. minor injuries were reported.and the lane was opened aroud 7 this morning. >> grant:now to the warriors. as presidential hopefully bernie sanders makes his way around the bay area. he made a pit stop at last night's game seven at oracle. >> grant:he cheered from the stands as the warriors took down the oklahoma city thunder. sanders said dubs late surge and quality performance down the stretch. was a good omen, as his campaign works to finish strong ahead of next week's california primary. >> grant:and sanders sure picked the right game to go to. the golden state warriors

>> vicki:abuse of a special needs student caught on tape. what you are watching unfold on your screen happened back in january at tobinworld in antioch. >> vicki:kron4's maureen kelly has private school for months. she joins us tonight with a new development in the case.maureen, what's the latest? >> reporter:two aides were arrested after this video showing a 9 year old boy being slapped and manhandled surfaced. forward. >> reporter:but today the lawyer representing the student has filed civil claims against the oakland unified school district for placing the boy in tobinworld. >> reporter:the claims alledge that in addition to what was camera. the child and other special needs students at the school. have been subjected to ongoing physical and psychological abuse by untrained or inadequately trained staff. >> reporter:he believes the district was hostile

environment inside tobinworld when they placed the boy there. because of other behavior incident reports filed by school itself. >>"children are being restrained at a rate that is so high that it has to be concerning. >>because restraints like this are only supposed to be used when children are a danger to themselves or others. >>so when you see children being restrained daily multiple times for long periods of time, it's a red flag that restraints are being used for other teams. >> reporter:we've reached out to both the district and the school about these claims and so far they have not responded. in the past the executive director of tobinworld has called what happened in this video an isolated incident. >> reporter:and that they are doing everything they can to provide the best education possible to emotionally disabled, autistic and developmentally disabled students. >> grant:the controversy over the death of an endangered gorilla at the cincinnati zoo over the weekend is far from over. >>"harambe" was shot and killed by zoo staffers after a little boy fell into his enclosure. catherine heenan is here.
