student i will do better to lock doors. stanford public safety department says they are working with a witness on putting a sketch of the man. the man accused of killing a mural artist in oakland last year has pleaded not guilty. the suspect, 21-year-old marquise holloway who you see here, is charged with murder. this video is from a previous court appearance. holloway faces multiple charges in the case and is due back in court next month for a pretrial hearing. oakland police say the gun used in the killing was stolen from an immigration and customs enforcement agent in san francisco. >> vicki:as we first told you last week on kron4 news: the family of the victim, 27- year-old tony ramos who you see here, filed a claim against ice. a claim is a precursor to a lawsuit. ramos was working on an anti- violence mural in west oakland
