afternoon at the intersection of south 11th street and east san antonio street in san jose. police arrived to find both victims suffering from gunshot wounds. they were transported to a hospital...where one victim was pronounced dead. police are still investigating a motive for the case. no arrests have been made. in san jose... police are investigating the city's twenty- third homicide. it happened monday night around nine-thirty on the 17-block of cape ashton court. upon arriving... police found a man slumped over a vehicle and suffering at least one gun shot wound. he was was pronounced dead at the scene. police are not releasing anymore information as of right now. they ask that if anyone knows anything...to contact them regarding the investigation. a violent armed robbery investigation in an east bay city has turned cold. it happened at a popular hamburger restaurant earlier this year. police say they are out of leads. and are now turning to the public for help. the crime was captured on surveillance video. investigators gave kron4's haaziq madyun an exclusive look
