road. the driver of the bmw, identified as 22 year old hung tran, was arrested on suspicion of d.u.i. the crash is still under investigation. sot officer ross lee/chp tran and capetillo's brother, identifed as carlos captillo hernandez, were both hospitalized and treated for moderate injuries. the chp says additional charges against tran are possible, that decision to be made by the district attorney's office. on the 'go fund me' account, capetillo's aunt asked not just for money but also for thoughts and prayers. a co worker at taco bell said dulce capetillo was 'very excited' about the prospects of becoming a mother.

the three people charged with murdering a millbrae father back in april-- have pleaded not guilty to the charges. tifany li, her boyfriend kaveh bayat, and a friend of theirs named olivier adella-- entered pleas yesterday in san mateo county superior court. >> vicki:they were arrested for the death of keith green. he went missing in april after he went to meet with li. his ex- girlfriend and the mother of his two children. his body was found 12 days later in a field near healdsburg. the three suspects are due back in court in october. >> grant:the stockton mayor. accused of secretly recording minors during a strip poker game at a youth camp. pleaded not guilty to felony criminal charges today. mayor anthony silva was arrested earlier this month at a youth camp where the alleged crimes took place one year earlier. today he pleaded not guilty to

>> grant:charges have been dropped against the man who police say was making criminal threats online. against acting san francisco police chief toney chaplin. 60-year-old donald horganson has been cleared of all charges. horganson was arrested back in june in connection with threatening posts about chaplin. he is accused of making on twitter. those tweets have since been deleted. the judges decision to dismiss the charges was based on a recent court decision involving similar threats against president obama. in which charges were dropped because there was no actual evidence showing that horganson was going to act on the threats. >> vicki:a pair of wallet thieves are targeting restaurants in an east bay city. today police released a key piece of evidence, that they hope will lead to the arrests of the two suspects. kron4's haaziq madyun gives us a look at who police are looking for. >>:"our victims have no idea that a wallet was just stolen" >> reporter:this is surveillance video of two female wallet theft

in walnut creek haaziq madyun kron4news >> vicki:a popular waterfront restaurant in the east bay is no longer being threatened with eviction. the "salute e vita" restaurant in richmond was given a 30-day notice of eviction last week. the property owner says there is a dangerous sewage leak inside. and it needed to be cleared out to make repairs. but the landlord received a lot of criticism after serving the eviction notice. with many people saying it was out of spite against the city. the restaurant owner says she already made the necessary repairs and the restaurant will stay open. the owner and her pro bono legal assistance is negotiating a long term lease with the hope this will not happen again. political discourse has taken many forms this election season, but it's now turned a rather "revealing" corner this morning identical life-size statues of donald trump naked went up in 5 cities across the united states.
