the young woman at the center of the police sex scandal was arrested 2 weeks ago. in florida. >> grant:the 19-year-old was officially charged today. she calls herself celeste guap. but the florida state attorney prosecuting the case. tells kron4's haaziq madyun.guap is no longer facing a felony charge. >>:"the defendant in this matter has been formally charged by my office with one count of simple battery in the state of florida" assistant florida state attorney david lustergarten told me by phone that celeste guap's initial charge of felony aggrivated battery for allegedly biting a security guard has been reduced to a lessor charge. on monday the state attorney's office offered guap's legal defense team a plea deal

57-year-old robert drescher from stevenson ranch, and 46-year-old edward mumbert from santa cruz were killed in the crash. 34-year-old ronni hernandez was also killed. it happened just after 6pm. the single engine plane crashed in the parking lot of the reno- tahoe airport just after taking off. it was headed for san carlos. the plane was registered to a company based in albuquerque, new mexico. the n-t-s-b is looking into possible causes for the crash.
