we are learning graphic new details in a bay area- wide police sex scandal involving an underage girl. the alleged victim is now suing -- for 66- million dollars. two former east bay police officers are criminally charged. the woman at the center of this scandal is jasmine ah- bus-lynn -- who formerly went by the name celeste guap. among the accusations is that an officer gave her alcohol while she was underage. then having sex with her in a motor home. kron4's dan kerman has more of the disturbing revelations. >> reporter: the abuse by numerous pleas officers have and conducting investigations. the first of the surcharge as a retired lawyer more police officer was charged with two misdemeanor counts interactive prostitution two misdemeanor counts of engaging in all glued

the police kept a-bus-lin on the streets. >> reporter:66-million dollars. that is what this civil lawsuit filed by jasmine abuslin's attorney's are seeking. from the city of oakland, the police department, the former chief and 50 police officers. claiming they stood by with a blind-eye or covered-up the modern day slavery of the teenager. who needed to be rescued. the suit filed friday. claims that while working as celeste guap. the teen ran from her pimp. to oakland police officer brendan o'brien. but instead of helping her, he exploited her. and he and his fellow officers. allegedly continued to "traffic, rape and victimize" her, white she was a minor. officer obrien committed suicide, leaving behind a note that exposed the sex scandal. the suit calls out former chief sean whent. claiming he knew what was happening and took no action. also, that the police department admittedly failed to properly train officers on recognizing the signs of sexual exploitation and abuse. the lawsuit offers the initials of almost a dozen other officers who either sexually trafficked her between police officers and sheriff's deputies. or failed to report the abuse. and that she has sex with almost 50 officers. but abuslin does not know all their names. the suit. says that no one helped abuslin. >> reporter:only sending her further down the sex trade spiral.this causing abuse, pain and suffering. abuslin and her family will endure for life.

>> marty:for your health: here is a look at some of the new medical findings released this week: soccer is sending more kids to the emergency room. nearly three million kids went to the emergency room for soccer-related injuries between the year 2000 and 20-14. that's according to a new study just released this week. the study also found that the rate of injuries among soccer players has doubled since the early 90's experts say part of the reason for the rise in e-r visits could be a result of increased awareness about concussions. they say coaches and parents are likely going to the e-r for symptoms that might have been overlooked in previous years.

pastor michael wallace, nephew >> :"we have a close knight family she was all of our favorite aunts without question." a candle light vigil for flo douglas was held friday night outside her san jose home by family friends and neighbors. douglas is in critical condition after she was badly beaten during a home invasion robbery in which her jewlery and car were stolen. that car was later found in the neighborhood. and douglas lying on the floor - her face unrecognizeable. phyllis silva, family found flo " " this man 19-year-old zachary cuen was arrested wednesday in connection to the robbery. deputies are now looking for a second suspect. investigators were seen going in and out of a home directly in across from douglas's residence and towed away this car. in the meantime douglas is slowly recovering. pastor michael wallace, nephew

four police officers around the country were shot in two separate incidents. we are just learning that a woman died from her injuries in one of the shootings. the two shootings happened in philadelphia and fort worth, texas last night. we have video from both scenes. on the left is the scene from west philadelphia. there, the shooter walked up to a police officers car and opened fire. two officers chased the gunman down and shot and killed him. two officers and five others were shot. the two officers are in stable condition this morning. one woman died, and four others are injured. on the right was the scene in texas. two officers were ambushed and shot in fort worth when they answered a suicide call. >> marty:they found a man shot in a home, and were told a witness was in a backyard shed. when they opened that shed door -- they say a gunman opened fire. the gunman was shot and killed. the two officers are expected to survive. live look outside. richmond bridge for the weekend: it's the dragon boat festival in oakland. check out the largest competitive dragon boat festival in the u-s. it's happening at the lake merrit boating center from 10:00 to 5:00. it is free to attend.

this morning. a warning to parents in the east bay. a phone scam is targeting families in the oakland unified school district. two families with children at claremont middle school were recently targeted. school district officials say the scammers are trying to get ransom money from the families by causing fear and panic. in one of the incidents, the parents say they received a call that their child was kidnapped and they had to pay a ransom to get them back. the parents then called the school and learned that their child was in class and okay. police are reminding families to avoid giving out personal or financial information to anyone who initiates a phone call. also in the east bay. the city of oakland is hoping to stop prositution by going after the johns. that is a new website where you can report people soliciting sex. kron's philippe djegal shows us how it works women. and far too often, girls working the corner. >> :sot- "prostitution is not a victim-less crime. >> reporter:prostitutes waiting for a john to pony up, unfortunately a common sight on the streets of oakland says mayor libby schaaf.

that is what this civil lawsuit filed by jasmine abuslin's attorney's are seeking. from the city of oakland, the police department, the former chief and 50 police officers. claiming they stood by with a blind-eye or covered-up the modern day slavery of the teenager. who needed to be rescued. the suit filed friday. claims that while working as celeste guap. the teen ran from her pimp. to oakland police officer brendan o'brien. but instead of helping her, he exploited her. and he and his fellow officers. allegedly continued to "traffic, rape and victimize" her, white she was a minor. officer obrien committed suicide, leaving behind a note that exposed the sex scandal. the suit calls out former chief sean whent. claiming he knew what was happening and took no action. also, that the police department admittedly failed to properly train officers on recognizing the signs of sexual exploitation and abuse.

it's not just the iphone 7 pluses that are sold out every model of the shiny new jet black color is also sold out. sot - glenn surprisingly a lot of people i talked to were ok getting whatever they had left sot - dan but not everyone was so forgiving sot - amesh / declan the new iphones are faster, lighter, offer a much better battery life, they are water resistant you can take it in a pool , get rained on , they will hold up. there are now two speakers, one on the top, one on the bottom, offering a louder higher quality stereo sound. the phones now have a better camera, especially the iphone 6 plus with it's dual lens it has a depth of field effect that can make the back ground blured out to sharpen the subject the photos come out looking very proffessional. if you are ok with it not having a headphone jack it's a much better iphone and if you're ready to upgrade you'll love it. if you can't live without the headphone jack. or the new phone is too expensive. consider upgrading to the prior iphone 6s model. the prices are dropping on that and it's a great phone. just remember, for now don't waste your time visiting stores the iphone 7 plus and most of the iphone 7's are sold out.
