>> marty:another big story we are following this moring. authorities now say the body found just off the sonoma state campus died from multiple stab wounds. kirk kimberly was 1st reported missing on october 17th. a landscaper discovered kimberly's body in a shallow grave wednesday night. police say detectives believe kimberly was targeted by his killer or killers. adding that the murder was not connected with the university or it's students. kimberly was last seen leaving his home in cotati on a bicycle to visit a friend. decision 20-16. in oakland, mayor libby schaff and lt. governor gavin newsom hopped on bikes and took to the streets to promote measure k-k. kron 4's hermela aregawi explains the improvements this measure is promising to bring to the city. >> :natsot oakland mayor libby schaff "we're going to get on those streets, on those beautiful bikes, right now."

about two dozen oakland residents joined mayor libby schaff for bike ride this afternoon. schaff is championing measure kk - a 600 million dollar, 10 year proposal. more than half of which would be designated for rehabing roads. sot oakland mayor libby schaff in 10 years, instead of just a quarter of our streets being in decent condition, more than 70% of our streets can be safe, healthy and smooth. schaff invited cyclists of various ages to advocate for the measure with just a few days left to vote. sot when i leave my house, every curb i go up its a pothole, seeing the potholes getting fixed and there's a measure for that, i fully support that. proponents claim 150-million dollars would be used to upgrade public facilities like fire and police stations, libraries and parks. lt governor gavin newsom - also attended today's event - to support the measure. sot oakland has a unique opportunity to not only provide the kind of investment that's long overdue for streets, roads and sidewalks, but also for affordable housing to make oakland more affordable. the remaining 100 million

dollars would go towards buying and protecting affordable housing. but the east bay rental housing association which represents landlords and property managers says proponents are using affordable housing as "bait" for an expensive infrastructure project that will fall on property owners. standup early this year the city conducted a survey and found 75 percent of responders said they would vote for this measure. but we couldn't find any outside polling. so we won't know until after tuesday how popular this measure really is.reporting in oakland, ha k4 news. and now with just a few days left until the 2016 election. >> marty:we've seen an early voting movement this year that's completely reshaped the tradition election cycle. national correspondent chance seales is covering the campaigns up close. he has some insight on how early voting could impact the outcome. and the kron4 is your place for election day coverage.

kron four's spencer blake caught up with the warriors star guard who was in the south bay playing a different sport. >> reporter:you kind of have to yell at a bowling alley to be heard. saturday at san jose's brand-new bowlero, the screaming fans *almost drowned out the music. "we reached out to the currys because we were so excited to launch bowlero san jose, and what better than to launch it with the currys?" the bowling alley is the newly- renovated version of the old bowlmore center. but let's be honest - most of these people had their priorities set - currys first, bowling second. "you know what, they seemed really nice, real down to earth, i mean there were a lot of people around here and they were real nice to sign stuff like that. we were screaming out, 'steph curry! mvp!'" some of them got to *mix both of those priorities. "we were able to work with steph and ayesha to come out. they agreed to greet everybody, and we had 20 lucky winners bowl with them." lucky indeed.

a pacifica man is in custody for child endangerment. police arrested matthew smith for driving drunk with his three-year-old daughter in the car. officers responded to reports of a car crash at linda mar boulevard and peralta way. a witness described a silver honda sedan leaving the scene. officers found smith and the young girl a short time later. smith is facing charges of suspicion of d-u-i , child endangerment and hit-and-run. the child was not injured in the crash. in bay area news. a fairfield family is suing an ambulance company after a medic posted a picture on social media of their son's injuries following a motorcycle crash kron4's jeff pierce has the story. keyano fiel is a raiders fan who argues with his father about this weekend's game. i think c j anderson is going to run all over your defense. keyano suffered life threatening injuries in a motorcycle accident in march that left him severely brain damaged and an amputated leg. while the family struggles with the challenges he faces they are now addressing another pain that was inflicted upon them when a medic in the ambulance posted a picture on social media as he was being transported to the hospital. my son's mangled leg was posted on social media. it was that picture that family members first learned about the severity of keyano's injuries. it was a picture of his leg and half of it was gone and you could see the rest of his leg, just the bone everything and i don't want to see that and i don't think anybody would want

saturday at san jose's brand-new bowlero, the screaming fans *almost drowned out the music. "we reached out to the currys because we were so excited to launch bowlero san jose, and what better than to launch it with the currys?" the bowling alley is the newly- renovated version of the old bowlmore center. but let's be honest - most of these people had their priorities set - currys first, bowling second. "you know what, they seemed really nice, real down to earth, i mean there were a lot of people around here and they were real nice to sign stuff like that. we were screaming out, 'steph curry! mvp!'" some of them got to *mix both of those priorities. struggles with the challenges he faces they are now addressing another pain that was inflicted upon them when a medic in the ambulance posted a picture on social media as he was being transported to the hospital. my son's mangled leg was posted on social media. it was that picture that family members first learned about the severity of keyano's injuries. it was a picture of his leg and half of it was gone and you could see the rest of his leg, just the bone everything and i don't want to see that and i don't think anybody would want to see that or anybody that knew him. but it was the nature of the posts the medic added to accompany the image that has outraged the family. once the door closes your ass is mine. i believe there was one that said the louder you scream the faster we'll go. there's four or five other ones that i just choose not to say them. it has left the parents questioning the care that might have been given their son. taking the time to take a picture, think of these hashtags and post it, to me as a parent what were you doing to help my son. the family has filed a lawsuit against the ambulance service that transported keyano. this was something we wanted to make aware, that it's not ok, we didn't want other families to go through it. for now they remind keyano what his high school football coach always told him. everyday and every way you get better and better. in fairfield jeff pierce kron four news. in bay area news. a u-s-f nursing student is facing child pornography charges. 20-year-old sam kerfoot was arrested on campus. police say kerfoot was uploading and storing hundreds of images. several media storage devices were taken from kerfoot's dorm room. the investigation is ongoing.

>> marty:in california news. the woman who drowned in the russian river has now been identified. 69-year-old heide boley went missing friday after her canoe overturned. the two other passengers made it to shore safely. the sheriff's helicopter located boley's body. she was pronounced dead at the scene. officials say boley was wearing a life jacket. in national news. police say a south carolina man accused of keeping a woman chained in a storage container also admitted to killing at least four people. officers say they found kala brown, "chained up like a dog" inside a shipping container. investigators also found a body in the same property believed to be brown's boyfriend, charles carver. brown, and carver, disappeared more than two months ago. todd kohlhepp, a registered sex offender, owns the property. police say it is possible that other bodies will be uncovered. in world news. violent crowds clashed with

family and friends mourned the death of 21-year-old karla ramirez-segoviano at a vigil in hayward saturday night. a coworker who worked with her at a local k-f-c recognized the couple in these pictures as the two suspects arrested in this murder case. steph curry is a two-time nba m- v-p. but he has other talents as well. kron four's spencer blake caught up with the warriors star guard who was in the south bay playing a different sport. you kind of have to yell at a bowling alley to be heard. saturday at san jose's brand-new bowlero, the screaming fans *almost drowned out the music. "we reached out to the currys because we were so excited to launch bowlero san jose, and what better than to launch it with the currys?" the bowling alley is the newly- renovated version of the old bowlmore center. but let's be honest - most of these people had their

priorities set - currys first, bowling second. "you know what, they seemed really nice, real down to earth, i mean there were a lot of people around here and they were real nice to sign stuff like that. we were screaming out, 'steph curry! mvp!'" some of them got to *mix both of those priorities. "we were able to work with steph and ayesha to come out. they agreed to greet everybody, and we had 20 lucky winners bowl with them." lucky indeed. five thousand people had r-s-v- p'd to come to the event, but the bowling alley had to trim that list down considerably. and as luck would have it, most of the bowlers who got to join team steph and team ayeshawere kids. "i actually knocked down all of them. you got a strike? yeah. hey, way to go, man!" "i got a few pictures with him and an autograph. it was nice." everybody elsecrowded around, getting selfies, signatures, and smiles. in true steph curry fashion, he kept signing autographs well after his security detail prodded him along to leave. now bowlers here have a basketball-tint on their bowling game. for driving drunk with his three-year-old daughter in the car. officers responded to reports of a car crash at linda mar boulevard and peralta way. a witness described a silver honda sedan leaving the scene. officers found smith and the young girl a short time later. smith is facing charges of suspicion of d-u-i , child endangerment and hit-and-run. the child was not injured in the crash. in bay area news. a fairfield family is suing an ambulance company after a medic posted a picture on social media of their son's injuries following a motorcycle crash kron4's jeff pierce has the story. keyano fiel is a raiders fan who argues with his father about this weekend's game. i think c j anderson is going to run all over your defense. keyano suffered life threatening injuries in a motorcycle accident in march that left him severely brain damaged and an amputated leg. while the family struggles with the challenges he faces they are now addressing another pain that was inflicted upon them when a medic in the ambulance posted a picture on social media as he was being transported to the hospital. my son's mangled leg was posted on social media. it was that picture that family members first learned about the severity of keyano's injuries. it was a picture of his leg and half of it was gone and you could see the rest of his leg, just the bone everything and i don't want to see that and i don't think anybody would want to see that or anybody that knew him. but it was the nature of the posts the medic added to accompany the image that has outraged the family. once the door closes your ass is mine. i believe there was one that said the louder you scream the faster we'll go. there's four or five other ones that i just choose not to say them. it has left the parents questioning the care that might have been given their son. taking the time to take a picture, think of these hashtags and post it, to me as a parent what were you doing to help my son. the family has filed a lawsuit against the ambulance service that transported keyano.

the investigation is ongoing. in california news. the woman who drowned in the russian river has now been identified. 69-year-old heide boley went missing friday after her canoe overturned. the two other passengers made it to shore safely. the sheriff's helicopter located boley's body. she was pronounced dead at the scene. officials say boley was wearing a life jacket. in national news. police say a south carolina man accused of keeping a woman chained in a storage container also admitted to killing at least four people. officers say they found kala brown, "chained up like a dog" inside a shipping container. investigators also found a body in the same property believed to be brown's boyfriend, charles carver. brown, and carver, disappeared more than two months ago. todd kohlhepp, a registered sex offender, owns the property. police say it is possible that other bodies will be uncovered.
