tomorrow. lake del valle regional park in alameda county remains closed tonight. the park's main feature is a large reservoir that flooded during last week's storms. and while the waters have receded, there are still large areas submerged by debris, according to park officials. no word yet on when the park plans to reopen. there are more road closures in the north bay. so if you plan to take highway 128 between healdsburg and calistoga. be sure to leave a little early. the southbound lane between alexander valley road and ida clayton road will be closed until friday afternoon for repairs. a one-way traffic control will be in effect during the closure.

gloria williams was ordered held without bond today. and if convicted on various felony charges could face life in prison. she was arrested in south carolina friday.and charged with kidnapping in the case of now-18-year-old kamiyah mobley. mobley was abducted from a florida hospital when she was only 8 hours old. she's grown up thinking williams was her mother. today we heard the teenager talking about the case publicly for the first time. suggesting she's trying to process this almost unbelievable situation.including the fact her name isn't really 'alexis manigo'. the teenager met her birth parents for the first time this past weekend. she says it was a happy occasion.but that she still thinks of williams as her mother. jacksonville deputies say mobley became suspicious when she tried to apply for schools and jobs using her social security numbe.

community centers across the country received bomb threats today. one of the local threats was at the marin county jewish community center in san rafael. and it forced an evacuation. a school across the street was also placed on lockdown. kron four's philippe djegal reports from san rafael. where what appears to be a hoax provided for some frightening moments. the marin county sheriff's office says just before nine o'clock in the morning. the osher jewish community center reached out stating someone called in reporting a bomb on campus. the j-c-c was immediately evacuated. classes here, and they were taken across the street to venetia valley school on north san pedro road, which was also placed on lockdown as a precaution, while the sheriff's office went room by room, searching for an explosive device. >>:sot- "we live right next door to the jcc and rodef shalom and um, its just a sad situation." parents of students at the j-c-c
