we spent seven years together. come on. >> it's so unfortunate that, you know, people want it to be this war and this mean, terrible, sour thing that plays like some soap opera story line, and it's just not. >> e.t. has learned that brad hads had jen's number since the divorce, so the report yesterday that he had to track it down through a tangled web of contacts is not true. the two are friends. jen's husband, justin, is okay with it, and we're told the 53-year-old's custody battle and divorce are "not the basis of their discussion." while brad is moving on, angelina is starring in this new perfume commercial by her late mother's famous fragrance. here's what's interesting. angie shot the ad last september before brangelina announced their split. remember the plane where brad was allegedly verbally abusive and physical. this happened just days before.

brad has denied that he was ever abusive. angie is donating all the money she makes on that ad to charity. >> just yesterday they announced a new cast of "dancing with the stars" and bachelor nick is amongst the contestants, buts bachlorette from seasons past is making news again. >> kaitlynn claims she was offered a spot on "dancing" and a contract, but mike price wouldn't let her compete. he did let nick join "dancing" and she tweeted that "he said he didn't want people wanting fame after a show." >> this is awkward. >> according to kaitlyn, the show doesn't play fair withhits contestants. she says guys get more opportunities after the show than the girls do. even though former contestant melissa rycroft and tripta have both been in the ballroom. and there's been a lot of rumors, and there's been a lot of speculations, and there's been a lot of everything, which always goes along with these kind of situations. >> lisa marie claims to be around $7 million in debt in her divorce filing from her fourth husband musician michael lockwood, even though elvis's daughter says she has an income of $100,000 a month from his estate. lisa marie says, "i cannot recall the last time i spent money on clothes and shoes of any value." >> nothing is sorted out yet. everything is trying to be sorted out. i'' done -- especially for the children. >> the lawsuit claims lisa marie has understated her income and wants spousal support, and the split even got more nasty. lisa marie accused michael of sexual misconduct, claiming to have discovered inappropriate photos of children on michael's computer saying she was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach. in a statement the tennessee bureau of investigations statiig, "we have concluded our
