know his whereabouts, do not approach him. instead, call authorities.reporting live in richmond ( will ) a man accused of groping at least four women on muni has been arrested. we first told you about the assaults on the kron 4 morning news. this morning he faces several charges, including sexual battery and false imprisonment. police have not released the man's name. it happened on the n judah line. a viewer reached out to kron four and says she took a picture of the suspect after she was touched inappropriately while riding the train. police believe there may still be more victims. i was so so angry. what i didn't realize at the time initially said there were so many other women that there were so many other women that have also experienced the same thing and from the same man. this is not normal. he's committing a crime. and he is

praying on women so it needs to be stopped.( will ) the special victims unit is asking anyone with information on this case to ( will ) the man accused of kidnapping and sexually assautling a 13- year old girl did not appear in court. 50 year-old timothy marble could not make it yesterday because of medical reasons. he was instead scheduled to be arraigned in jail. marble is accused of picking up the girl at a napa gas station ... after she ran away from home. investigators say the two stopped to smoke marijuana and that is when marble tied the child to a tree and assaulted her numerous times. the alleged victim was able to escape when police say she jumped out of his car. ( will ) frustrated and emotional parents talked about several racist incidents at an east bay high school school. that includes a derogatory instagram account, targeting african american students and nazi signs being flashed by some students. kron four's j-r stone was at the school meeting and has the

latest. parents came together on tuesday night in albany where the high school has dealt with several problems with racism over the past few weeks.problems include a racist instagram account targeting african-american students. also, nazi signs were seen flashed on campus among some students.it was an emotional night for parents in albany. the meeting included parents of a teen who started a racist instagram page, parents of teens who followed that page, and parents of teens whose children were racially targeted.it has been a chaotic couple of weeks at albany high. there was the racist instagram page made by a student, nazi salutes among other students, and rallies to move past it.a parent of a student associated with the page voiced her frustrations with the district for letting things get this far.but on tuesday, parents attended the school board meeting to come together and show that progress is being made between

closing. many people staying there still don't have a place to call home. the fire happened last week on san pablo avenue. four people died and about 80 others lost everything they owned. the temporary shelter at the west oakland youth center initially housed around 70 people. city hall is working with victims to find them a permenant place. priority for new housing goes to the elderly, the disabled, families and single mothers. one person who spoke to kron four is still looking for a home. ( will ) there are currently 11 people staying at the shelter now. city officials say a candle started the deadly fire. ( will ) the city of san jose is trying to provide some incentive for people, to help those who lost cars in the february floods. mayor sam liccardo is asking people to donate a used car in return

for a tax deduction. others are also pitching in to help: the silicon valley car dealership association will be discounting used cars. the city will also be donating twenty cars from its fleet. head out the door this morning.... in sutter county... police are now focusing their search for a missing college student in one specific area after finding her cell phone and pick-up truck. aly yeoman was reported missing on saturday. her truck was found near an orchard in live oak yesterday...just an hour north of sacramento. investigators say her truck drove down a levee and got stuck in the mud. three men who stole thousands of dollars worth of products from an apple store in walnut creek. it happened around 9:00 monday night. police say the thieves took off with three mac books and 18 i- phones. no one was injured. the warriors won their 12th game in a row, beating the timberwolves 121 to 107. klay thompson scored 41 points and made 7 3- pointers. they look to make it 13 straight in phoenix tonight against the suns at 7:00. draymond green and andre iguodala will not play.

( will ) the family of a man who died in san diego last week is pleading for the men involved in his death to come forward. kevin moyers jumped off the ocean beach pier to retrieve his hat after an altercation. he drowned in the water that night. moyers and his girlfriend were visiting san diego from nevada, ending their trip with a walk on the pier. an altercation with three men led to moyer's hat being thrown in the water. his family says it was important to him, it was the christmas present his girlfriend gave him. his girlfriend says he went in after it and he never came back up.

( mark ) that breaking news we are following this morning... a 4- month-old girl is missing this morning and may be in danger. this is her picture... police say madilyn wallin was taken by her father around 8:30 last night. police say the infant is endangered but they have not activated an amber alert. the father's name is michael wallin. he was last seen wearing a white warriors t-shirt. he has full body tattoos including on the top of his hands. they are driving a blue 2007 nissan altima with paper plates. the car has damage on both the front and the back of the car. we have a crew heading to mountain view right now to gather more information.

( averi ) this happened in richmond. police are looking for 43-year-old lawyer dushan mcbride. police say he is the estranged boyfriend of 29-year-old rashanda franklin and this appears to be a case of domestic violence. the shooting happened yesterday morning at the intersection of rheem avenue and 29th street. police say rashanda was driving two of her boys to daycare when she noticed mcbride following her. he managed to block her... and they got out of their cars and started arguing. rashanda was then shot and killed while her boys were in the backseat. kron four spoke with people who knew rashanda and say she was a great mother to three boys.

( darya ) a man accused of groping at least four women on muni has been arrested. we first told you about the assaults on the kron 4 morning news. this morning he faces several charges, including sexual battery and false imprisonment. police have not released the man's name. it happened on the n judah line. a viewer reached out to kron four and says she took a picture of the suspect after she was touched inappropriately while riding the train. police believe there may still be more victims. ( mark ) one man is dead this morning after a shootout with police in napa. it happened yesterday afternoon near bueno street and linda vista avenue. police say they got a call of a man with a gun... and when they arrived the man started shooting at them and tried to drive off. officers fired back and the

man crashed into a tree. he died in the shootout. west park elementary is nearby and the school was put on lockdown. kron four spoke with students as they got out of class. ( mark ) the area was blocked off for several hours. police say nobody else was injured during the gun battle. ( darya ) happening today... the temporary shelter helping victims of a deadly apartment fire in oakland is closing. many people staying they still don't have a place to call home. the fire happened last week on san pablo avenue. four people died and about 80 others lost everything they owned. the temporary shelter at the west oakland youth center initially housed around 70 people. city hall is working with victims to find them a permenant place. priority for new housing goes to the elderly, the disabled, families and single mothers.

one person who spoke to kron four is still looking for a home. ( darya ) there are currently 11 people staying at the shelter now. city officials say a candle started the deadly fire. ( mark ) a san francisco police officer has been fired after anti-muslim text messages were found on the officer's phone. the name of the officer is not being released. reports say the officer was fired after racist text messages were found during the investigation of a sexual assault involving other collegues in the police station. several san francisco police officers have been found to have exchanged racist, homophobic, and derogatory text messages in recent years. ( mark ) happening today... a busy road in alameda county will be shut down for nearly a month - as crews work to stabilize a nearby hillside that's at risk of collapsing.

palomares road will be closed between palo verde road in castro valley and niles canyon road in fremont. crews will be removing loose dirt, rocks and debris from the hillside. recent storms caused a mudslide there earlier this year and several boulders to tumble down the hillside. the road is set to re-open may 5th. ( darya ) the death toll from a chemical attack in syria is now at 72 including 20 children. activists say this is one of the worst attacks in the country's civil war. and this morning the white house is blaming the obama administration for the deadly attack. white house press secretary sean spicer called the attack "reprehensible" and something that cannot be ignored by the civilized world. but he also said it was a consequence of the past administration's weakness on handling syria. the white house has not said how it plans to respond to the attacks in syria. ( mark ) in the south bay. police arrested a man accused of kidnapping and domestic violence against a 17- year-old girl. sunnyvale police say 19-year-old ryan mcleaf was reportedly dating the victim. officers responded to reports of an argument near a sunnyvale seven-eleven. police say the suspect led officers on a chase. after they caught him, officers say they found a loaded gun inside his backpack. the 17-year-old girl was found safe. ( mark ) one person is dead after a car crash in fremont blocks traffic for several hours overnight. (ááátriggerááá) it happened around 10-30 last night on highway 84 near thorton avenue in fremont. the crash blocked all west-bound lanes for several hours overnight but lanes re- opened just before one this morning. night in san jose has been identified as 71-year-old wilbert delcomb junior. he lived in san jose. delcomb was killed as he was crossing monterey road near roeder road. police say the driver hit delcomb.. and then slammed into a tree. this is the 12th fatal collision this year in san jose. ( darya ) the city of san jose is trying to provide some help to people who lost their cars in the february flooding. mayor sam liccardo is asking people to donate a used car in return for a tax deduction. others are also pitching in to help... the silicon valley car dealership association will be discounting used cars to victims of the flooding. and the city of san jose will be donating twenty cars from its fleet.

a man is found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the scene of a homicide. that man was taken to the hospital and later arrested. the incident happened in el cerrito on park vista near sycamore church. officers were notified that a person visited the home after their co-worker failed to show up to work. police found one person dead inside and 50- year-old lance paulson suffering from a gunshot wound... which they believe was self-inflicted. he was taken to the hospital and later arrested on suspicion of murder. the victim's name has not been released. ( mark ) north korea tests another missile just hours after it threatened to strike back if it was hit with tougher sanctions. u-s intelligence officials say this is the most recent ballistic missile to be test fired in recent months. this missile launch comes just days before president trump is scheduled to meet with the president of china. the u-s has been asking china to put pressure on north korea to end it's nuclear program and missile testing. but president trump has said the

( mark ) the man who died when his fishing boat capsized in tomales bay has been identified as 47-year-old brian phidat ho... of san jose. ho and another man were fishing monday when the 13-foot boat went head-on into a wave...tossing it end over end. this is video of the area from our helicopter partnership with a-b-c 7 news. the other man... who was also tossed out into the water was able to get back into the boat. two dogs on board swam to shore and survived. ( darya ) this morning we are getting our first look at what president trump's border wall might look like. companies have released design images for the walls they will build if they get the contract. one of the designs features a special type of

( mark ) one man is dead this morning after a shootout with police in napa. it happened yesterday afternoon near bueno street and linda vista avenue. police say they got a call of a man with a gun... and when they arrived the man started shooting at them and tried to drive off. officers fired back and the man crashed into a tree. he died in the shootout. west park elementary is nearby and the school was put on lockdown. kron four spoke with students as they got out of class. ( mark ) the area was blocked off for several hours. police say nobody else was injured during the gun battle. ( darya ) happening today... the temporary shelter helping victims of a deadly apartment fire in oakland is closing. many

people staying they still don't have a place to call home. the fire happened last week on san pablo avenue. four people died and about 80 others lost everything they owned. the temporary shelter at the west oakland youth center initially housed around 70 people. city hall is working with victims to find them a permenant place. priority for new housing goes to the elderly, the disabled, families and single mothers. one person who spoke to kron four is still looking for a home. ( darya ) there are currently 11 people staying at the shelter now. city officials say a candle started the deadly fire. ( mark ) a san francisco police officer has been fired after anti-muslim text messages were found on the officer's phone. the name of the officer is not being released. reports say the

officer was fired after racist text messages were found during the investigation of a sexual assault involving other collegues in the police station. several san francisco police officers have been found to have exchanged racist, homophobic, and derogatory text messages in recent years. ( mark ) happening today... a busy road in alameda county will be shut down for nearly a month - as crews work to stabilize a nearby hillside that's at risk of collapsing. palomares road will be closed between palo verde road in castro valley and niles canyon road in fremont. crews will be removing loose dirt, rocks and debris from the hillside. recent storms caused a mudslide there earlier this year and several boulders to tumble down the hillside. the road is set to re-open may 5th. ( darya ) the pedestrian hit and killed by a car monday night in san jose has been identified as 71-year-old wilbert delcomb junior. he lived in san jose. delcomb was killed as he was crossing monterey road near roeder road. police say the driver hit delcomb.. and then slammed into a tree. this is the 12th fatal collision this year in san jose. ( darya ) the city of san jose is trying to provide some help to people who lost their cars in the february flooding. mayor sam liccardo is asking people to donate a used car in return for a tax deduction. others are also pitching in to help... the silicon valley car dealership association will be discounting used cars to

are getting our first look at what president trump's border wall might look like. companies have released design images for the walls they will build if they get the contract. one of the designs features a special type of concrete able to withstand a shot from a tank. another company wants to put solar panels on top of the wall to generate electricity while still accomplishing president trump's goal. and another design includes a wall decorated with stones. right now ten companies are bidding on the contract to build the wall. of those ten at least four will be selected to build prototypes before a company is selected. ( mark ) and there was a huge drop in illegal southwest border crossings last month. . . . the number plummeting to its lowest level in more than 17 years fewer than 13 thousand people were caught crossing the border in march. compared to 58-thousand in february. homeland security secretary john kelly says it's quote "no accident" and credited president trump's tough approach to illegal immigration.

some flights coming from the middle east and north africa have had more screenings. that's according to a source from the department of homeland security. the new rules now have security checking cargo with bomb-sniffing dogs and equipment. the screenings are being done behind the scenes, so it has not been told to the public. it is all part of the electronics ban that was announced last month. the screenings are happening at 14 airports including l-a.
