(grant) the wife of the orlando nightclub shooter is set to leave the bay area - to face trial in florida. 31-year-old noor salman is accused of helping her husband plan the massacre. her husband, omar mateen killed 49- people in an attack last june. salman had been living in the east bay - rodeo - with family members when she was arrested. she pleaded not guilty to the charges - back in march. (grant) the san francisco man arrested for trying to kidnap a 13-year-old girl - pleaded not guilty in court today. 27-year-old lee eigl - was taken into custody last month in connection with an attack in the city's west portal neighborhood. police say eigl grabbed the victim while she was walking along forest side avenue... and he tried to get her in his car. police say the girl's screams alerted people nearby - who were able to pull her away from eigl. he was

(vicki) they want the charges dropped... that is what a group of eleven protesters are saying after they were arrested and charged for blocking the caltrain tracks back on inauguration day... the group... who are calling themselves the "j-20 resisters" appeared in court earlier today for their arrainment. they are being charged with three misdemeanor counts including trespassing. the group blocked the tracks at 16th and mississippi streets for about four hours back on january 20th... instead of entering a plea, the group asked the judge to schedule a hearing on a motion to dismiss the charges. but a spokesman for the district attorney's office, noted that dozens of people had been cited in protests, but only the 11 had been charged with misdemeanors.... because their actions posed a danger to themselves and others. no word yet if a hearing was scheduled. police say first he cased the bike racks... and then he took the tires off a couple of bicycles and put them on a frame he brought with him. the suspect is identified as being 26 years old and from hayward. despite this...bart says bike thefts have recently dropped by 11- percent. ( pam ) a group of protesters arrested for blocking cal-train tracks.. during an inauguration day protest.. wants the charges against them dismissed. in all, eleven people face misdemeanor charges for this protest at 16th and mississippi streets in san francisco. it was one of several demonstrations in the bay area that day. the protest distrupted caltrain service for several hours until police came in and removed them. today, they asked a judge to drop the charges, instead of entering a plea during their arraignment. a spokesman for the district attorney's office says, they are facing charges because the protest posed, not only a danger to
