>> it's on my stomach, and it was a pound a piece on my arms and then, like, maybe half a pound off my neck. >> the scar, you can see them. you can't see anything up here. >> you can't tell anything. >> are you on painkillers from the surgery? >> oh, no, no, no. i didn't take a lot of pain medicine during the surgery. this did not hurt. i mean, it's more aggravating than anything. >> mama june who was visibly tired during our interview said it was due to seasonal allergies and we learned something else about the reality star. >> i didn't know you were -- you were blind. what's wrong with your eyes? >> i was born with cataracts and this eye is totally blind and this eye is legally blind, and everybody said why don't you have cataracts surgery? no. i'm really scared to mess with my eyes, honestly. >> as for her transformation, the biggest challenge wasn't dieting or surgery, but hiding

pregnant and the story has blown up so big everyone connected with mel b is being pressed for answers. >> yesterday paparazzi confronted this blond about mel b's claim. there's just one problem. that's not her former nanny. it's mel b's assistant and we are learning more about the real woman in the middle. her name is lorraine jillis and she was a former exchange student hired at 19 years old to be the nanny. >> ten years strong, baby. >> social media posts painted them as a happy couple and in her court papers mel b said, quote, discovered that stefan was having sex with lorraine. >> you had an open relationship, is there truth to that? >> in 2014, mel b said around the very same time these instagrams were taken stefan told her their nanny was pregnant with their child. at the time mel b was a judge on the x factor uk. you can see the bruises she now
