(vicki) and if you remember just last month - the airline faced criticism after it prevented two girls from boarding a plane because of what they were wearing. back in march - the two girls tried to board a flight in denver but were turned away because they were wearing leggings. a spokesman for the airline said the two were traveling under an employee travel pass which has a dress code. under the dress code: travelers are prohibited from wearing leggings. however - ticketed passengers are not subject to the dress code and can wear leggings. police say a man groped a woman from behind and continued walking east. then, around 11 p-m, a second victim say's she was jogging when a man groped her from behind and ran away. there is no clear description of the suspect. (vicki) and san jose state university officials say a man was arrested for inappropriately touching women on campus saturday afternoon. his name and age were not released. officers did not say exactly how many women were assaulted. police are investigating. (catherine) police in east palo alto have arrested a man they say was sexually assaulting women customers at an unregulated massage business. officers say 55-year-old jose plascencia was running the business out of his home on illinois street. he was arrested on sexual assault charges. police believe there are more victims who have not yet come forward. they're asking anyone with information to call the east palo alto police department. generated 'hundreds' of phone calls from worried parents. prosecutors argued in court today - that nicholas hodges poses a threat to the public... and concerns from the parents should not be ignored. the 28-year-old was arrested last week after police found hundreds of photos of child pornography on his computer.... hodges has now been fired as an instructor at la petite baleen swim school.. the school says he had passed a background check. hodges pleaded not guilty today to the charges - and is due back in court next month. (vicki) police say they've located the suspect who sent ransom messages to the family of a missing yuba city college student. officers determined that the suspect was not involved in the disappearance of alycia yeoman. the 20-year-old went missing in yuba city, north of sacramento last thursday. alycia's truck was found near a levee the night she went missing. investigators later found her cell phone and one set of footprints leading away from her truck. yeoman's mom

'it is not going to happen again.' so says the contractor about the vandalism that resulted in $50,000 in damage... to some new homes just as they were about to hit the market.(catherine) intruders broke into 5 new homes in the alum rock hills late saturday night into sunday and began smashing windows and cabinets, leaving a big mess behind. (pam) vicki... the video is troubling to say the least... and it has united airlines under fire tonight. passengers on an overbooked flight at chicago o'hare international airport .. were told, four people would have to give up their seats to accommodate crewmembers. no one volunteered, so four people were picked at random and forced off the plane. three went willingly, but one man apparently refused to give up his seat. that is when security officers dragged the man off a plane. at six, we'll have the latest from the airline, as well as

(vicki) the identity of the fourth person who died in an oakland building fire last month has been released. investigators had to track down his father in nigeria. the alameda county coroner's office says 36-year-old olatunde adejumobi died in the fire.a burning candle started the fire in the three-story building for recovering addicts and people who had been homeless.adejumobi, who died from smoke inhalation, was identified by a fingerprint.the fire occurred three days after city building

( pam ) a big story tonight: united is doing damage control after a viral video shows a passenger being dragged off a plane.( vicki ) it happened last night as the flight was about to leave chicago for louisville. andy rose with our partners at c-n-n has the dramatic video and what led to this confrontation. united passengers were horrified sunday night as they saw three chicago airport police officers board a plane and yank a man from his seat after the flight was overbooked.the man's head hit the arm rest and blood flowed from his mouth as he was pulled down the aisle. witnesses say the flight crew was trying to free up seats for united airlines employees the airline didn't get any volunteers, so its computers picked which passenger to kick off. families and unaccompanied minors were given priority to keep their seats.
