is here to tell us about it. (catherine) the nation's former top law enforcement official is now a private citizen....free to speak his mind. james comey made his position very clear today: he's in a showdown with a dishonest president ... a showdown he saw coming a long time ago. "i was honestly concerned that he might lie about the nature of our meeting, and so i thought it really important to document it."comey says he began taking detailed notes after his first one=on=one meeting with the president=elect at trump tower in new york before the inauguration.and look i've seen the tweet about tapes. lordy, i hope there are tapes." he told the senators that the president lied when he told nbc's lester holt that comey asked for a private dinner at

the white house on january 27th. " is that an accurate statement?" "no sir." "did you, in any way, initiate that dinner?" "no, he called me at my desk at lunchtime asked me if i was free for dinner that night."he testified that the president lied about the reason for his firing. "the administration then chose to defame me and, more importantly, the fbi by saying that the organization was in disarray, that it was poorly led, that the workforce had lost confidence in its leader."as for the real reason... "it's my judgment - that i was fired because of t russia investigation. i was fired, in some way, to change - or the endeavor was to change the way the investigation was being conducted. that is a very big deal. the ex-fbi one meeting in february "general flynn at that time was in legal jeopardy, there was an open fbi criminal investigationcomey says that didn't' stop the president from making a bold request... pushing him to drop the investigation into ties between russia and his former national security advisor. "i don't think it's for me to say whether the conversation i had with the president was an effort to obstruct. i took it as a very disturbing thing, very concerning, but that's a conclusion i'm sure the special council will work towards to find out the intention and whether that's an offense.""why didn't you stop and say mr. president, this is wrong? i cannot discuss this with you." "it's a great question. maybe if i were stronger, i would have. i was so stunned by the conversation that i just took it in. president trump sounded defiant as he spoke to an evangelical group today."we are under siege. you understand that. but we will come out bigger and better and stronger than ever, you watch." storm brought yet another round of rain to the bay area. some of the wettest spots had a quarter to a half an inch of rain in the north bay with lighter amounts of rain south. our doppler radar shows the cold front as it moved through today. as you can see it's now falling apart and the showers will end. skies will remain mostly cloudy tonight with a slight chance of a lingering shower. as you might imagine highs were well below average today too. on the satellite image you can see the the core of the jet stream just to the north. but in the gulf of alaska there's another area of low pressure taking aim at california. todays weather system not only brought rain but will usher in cooler temperatures right through the weekend. you can find some warm weather if you're traveling around the state with highs in the 80s in the central valley with 70s in southern california. the highest peaks in the sierra saw another dusting of snow and could again over the weekend too. pack the warm clothes if you're headed to tahoe since highs will be in the 50s and dropping to the 40s by sunday. tomorrow we should see a mix of sunshine and a few passing clouds. highs will be in the 70s in the valleys, 60s to low 70s around the bay, and 50s to low 60s at the coast. the weather pattern will remain cooler than normal and a little unsettled into the weekend. there's even a slight chance of a few showers over the weekend too. much warmer and even hot temperatures could return late next week.

simple fact of him either reshaping his game or just sacrificing maybe some shots here, sacrificing having the ball in his hands all the time. but it works for their team. i mean, who wouldn't want to sacrifice playing on a golden state team or a san antonio team or a cleveland team when you know the ultimate result is you can actually compete for a championship. it's sports. you have an opportunity to sign one of the best players, and you can do it, go ahead and do it. why not? if i become an owner, i'm going to try to sign everybody. appreciate it." last night kevin durant spurred a 11-0
