celebrations in oakland after the warriors big nba championship win. "fireworks natsss" fireworks and gunfire went off downtown after the warriors defeated the cleveland cavaliers. police made arrests when people started throwing rocks and bottles at officers during a sideshow on city streets. more than 40 citations were

issued and police had more than 30 cars towed. an officer was injured after his patrol car was rear ended by a suspected drunk driver on international boulevard. the officer was taken to the hospital and is expected to be ok. the driver was arrested. (vicki) betrayal of trust. today, the 39-year-old rohnert park man accused of sexually molesting a boy multiple times while serving as a clinical director at a boarding school in sonoma... appeared in court.(grant) this while kron four's philippe djegal reports... investigators are still looking for more possible victims. (philippe) kevin thorpe did not enter a plea during his arraignment tuesday. among the sex charges he faces... three felony counts of forcible oral copulation with a minor. crimes, the sonoma county sheriff's office says the 39- year-old man allegedly committed at the hanna boys center in sonoma.sgt. spencer crum/sonoma county sheriff's office- "it's very disturbing that mr. thorpe was in a position to guide teenagers and here he took advantage of the trust that was given him." the hanna boys center says thorpe was placed on unpaid

administrative leave shortly after learning of his arrest on saturday. he is a clinical director at the boarding school for troubled boys. the sheriff's office says thorpe's victim is now a 23-year-old man... he claims thorpe molested him multiple times when the victim was a student at the center from 2006 to 20-11.sgt. spencer crum/sonoma county sheriff's office- "he was a minor when it happened. he didn't report it at the time because he was afraid of being kicked out of the hanna boys center, which, um, was better than the home life, he was, he was currently in." and, the sonoma county sheriff's office confirms that the alleged sex crimes not only happened at the hanna boys center... but also here at thorpe's home in rohnert park. dixie rogovoy/works across the street- "oh, my goodness -- wow." dixie rogovoy is a home nurse, whose client lives across the street from thorpe. she says she has seen him outside often, playing with his two young kids. another neighbor says thorpe also has a wife. it's unclear if his wife and kids were home, when he was arrested here over the weekend.

coming true for a little boy battling cancer. (vicki) the boy and his family traveled all the way from kansas to california - to make his wish come true. from our partners at cnn... alys martinez brings us the story. the four-year-old has been battling cancer for most of his young life.tokoi was diagnosed with retinoblastoma when he was three months old. the disease eventually left him blind in his left eye.for years, tokoi had to travel from his home to pennsylvania for chemotherapy and radiation. he also suffered one relapse."right now, he is been pretty stable. we have one more visit in july and if he is stable for one more month, he is officially in remission," said his mom, ashley tokoi.when the make-a- wish foundation asked tokoi what he wanted--the little boy had one simple request."he just wanted to do something with trains and he loves the beach, so we just left it wide open with that," tokoi said. tokoi loved the model trains and the ride on a small train with the conductor.tokoi's mom is grateful to the make-a-wish foundation for giving them a break from worrying about her son's health."the people who do donate or donate time, i'm getting choked up," she said. (steve in the north bay... a boarding school clinical director appeared in sonoma county court today... this after 39-year-old kevin thorpe was arrested saturday... for allegedly sexually molesting a young boy multiple times between 2006 and 20-11. thorpe works at the hanna boys center in sonoma... where some of the crimes allegedly happened, in addition to his home in rohnert park. the victim is now a 23-year-old man, but was a minor when he was a student at the boys center. the sonoma county sheriff's office says the victim came forward now because he fears there may be more victims. sgt. spencer crum/sonoma county sheriff's office- "we certainly believe there could be some out there. he's, uh, heavily involved with his church. he runs a ministry program for teenagers and its uh, there's a likelihood that there could be additional victims out there." thorpe is facing multiple sex charges... including three felony counts of forcible oral
