(vicki) betrayal of trust. today, the 39-year-old rohnert park man accused of sexually molesting a boy multiple times while serving as a clinical director at a boarding school in sonoma... appeared in court.(grant) this while kron four's philippe djegal reports... investigators are still looking for more possible victims. (philippe) kevin thorpe did not enter a plea during his arraignment tuesday. among the sex charges he faces... three felony counts of forcible oral copulation with a minor. crimes, the sonoma county sheriff's office says the 39- year-old man allegedly committed at the hanna boys center in sonoma.sgt. spencer crum/sonoma county sheriff's office- "it's very disturbing that mr. thorpe was in a position to guide teenagers and here he took advantage of the trust that was given him." the hanna boys center says thorpe was placed on unpaid

administrative leave shortly after learning of his arrest on saturday. he is a clinical director at the boarding school for troubled boys. the sheriff's office says thorpe's victim is now a 23-year-old man... he claims thorpe molested him multiple times when the victim was a student at the center from 2006 to 20-11.sgt. spencer crum/sonoma county sheriff's office- "he was a minor when it happened. he didn't report it at the time because he was afraid of being kicked out of the hanna boys center, which, um, was better than the home life, he was, he was currently in." and, the sonoma county sheriff's office confirms that the alleged sex crimes not only happened at the hanna boys center... but also here at thorpe's home in rohnert park. dixie rogovoy/works across the street- "oh, my goodness -- wow." dixie rogovoy is a home nurse, whose client lives across the street from thorpe. she says she has seen him outside often, playing with his two young kids. another neighbor says thorpe also has a wife. it's unclear if his wife and kids were home, when he was arrested here over the weekend.

dixie rogovoy/works across the street- "i'm very shocked." sergeant spencer crum says thorpe is also a volunteer for a youth ministry where he works with teens. the sheriff's office is looking into whether or not thorpe has any more victims. the hanna boys center is still recovering from allegations last year... that a female councilor sexually abused a 17- year-old boy. a warrant is still out for her arrest. as for thorpe, he will remain in the sonoma county jail. he is due back in court on the 27th. in sonoma county, philippe djegal, kron four news. coming true for a little boy battling cancer. (vicki) the boy and his family traveled all the way from kansas to california - to make his wish come true. from our partners at cnn... alys martinez brings us the story. the four-year-old has been battling cancer for most of his young life.tokoi was diagnosed with retinoblastoma when he was three months old. the disease eventually left him blind in his left eye.for years, tokoi had to travel from his home to pennsylvania for chemotherapy and radiation. he also suffered one relapse."right now, he is been pretty stable. we have one more visit in july and if he is stable for one more month, he is officially in remission," said his mom, ashley tokoi.when the make-a- wish foundation asked tokoi what he wanted--the little boy had one simple request."he just wanted to do something with trains and he loves the beach, so we just left it wide open with that," tokoi said. tokoi loved the model trains and the ride on a small train with the conductor.tokoi's mom is grateful to the make-a-wish foundation for giving them a break from worrying about her son's health."the people who do donate or donate time, i'm getting choked up," she said. (steve in the north bay... a boarding school clinical director appeared in sonoma county court today... this after 39-year-old kevin thorpe was arrested saturday... for allegedly sexually molesting a young boy multiple times between 2006 and 20-11. thorpe works at the hanna boys center in sonoma... where some of the crimes allegedly happened, in addition to his home in rohnert park. the victim is now a 23-year-old man, but was a minor when he was a student at the boys center. the sonoma county sheriff's office says the victim came forward now because he fears there may be more victims. sgt. spencer crum/sonoma county sheriff's office- "we certainly believe there could be some out there. he's, uh, heavily involved with his church. he runs a ministry program for teenagers and its uh, there's a likelihood that there could be additional victims out there." thorpe is facing multiple sex charges... including three felony counts of forcible oral

copulation with a minor. he did not enter a plea during his arraignment today. he is due back in court on the 27th. meanwhile, he has been placed on unpaid administrative leave at the hanna boys center. it is celebration time for the bay area. the warriors are once again on top of the basketball world... and now comes a big bash in oakland for the champions. (steve )(2sh ) dubs fans celebrated the team's championship win in cities and towns across the bay area. the mayor of the city that hosted game five tells kron4's haaziq madyun that she is happy for the warriors big win... (catherine) it's not the happy ending his family had been praying for... the 23-year-old has been 'medically evacuated' from north korea....amid reportsthat he's in a coma...and perhaps 'has' been for a long time. this is video of otto warmbier pleading for mercy and

apologizing at a hearing in north korea in 2016... he'd playfully taken a political poster as a souvenir at his hotel while on a trip to the country he was accused with 'hostile acts against the state' and sentenced to 15 years of hard labor. his parents said in a statement today that they want the world to know their sonwas brutalized and terrorized.. they say they've learned that he's been in a coma for more than a year... the secretary of state announced warmbier's release today - but wouldn't comment on his health. rex tillerson/secretary of statehe is on his way en route to be reunited with his family. we continue our discussion with the north korean regime regarding the release of the three other american citizens that have been detained. details of the hastily arranged release deal remain unclear..it happened hours after former basketball star dennis rodman arrived for another visit. rodman has talked about his friendship with kim jong-un.

(steve) a jury is in their second day of deliberations with no verdict in the sex assault trial against bill cosby. today jurors asked for the testimony of the police officer who took accuser andrea constand's initial report. that officer testified last week that constand said cosby gave her pills that made her feel woozy. jurors also wanted "without her knowledge" defined by the judge as it applys to the charges against cosby. the judge said he couldn't define it for them. jurors are also reviewing more than a dozen passages from cosby's deposition in a civil suit filed more than a decade ago by constand. often more expensive to buy so this way we know that they are getting nutritious food that they might not otherwise receive.the food bank's two refreigerated trucks make stops throughout the two counties every day distributing more than a million pounds of fresh produce every month. while the trucks were part of a grant the produce and the upkeep now depend on the community.the community support is definently more important than ever because this program not only costs to be able to provide the produce but also pay for the fuels for the trucks to operate.hundreds of those living on meager incomes depend on this source of fresh produce they might not otherwise have in their diets.foods important to the body we all need some good food.they give us all fresh fruits and vegetables that sometimes you can't afford to get.they would have to make a lot of difficult choices about how to feed their families so to be able to rely on the fresh produce i can't really put into words how important that is.there's a real need. even though the economy is improving there is still people that turn to the food
