(will) our top story this morning.. a mother whose two young kids were killed in a car crash in the east bay is demanding justice this morning. the crash happened last friday night on highway four in concord when the family of four was leaving a movie. 35-year-old lemuel wilson junior is now facing two counts of murder, and driving under the influence. two boys, ages 5 and 10, were killed in the crash. a three-month old remains in critical condition this morning. police say wilson has at least two prior d-u-i's, and was released from

jail just one day before the crash for charges related to terror threats in pleasanton. the mother of the boys spoke to kron four about making sure there is justice for her children. (will) wilson is being held on two million dollars bail. a go fund me page has been set up to help the family. (will) police have identified the gunman who shot and killed a gas station clerk during a robbery attempt. it happened monday night. the shooter is 42-year-old zepp crouchet. police found his body early tuesday morning inside a car that was parked about a mile and a half away from where the shooting

happened. they also found the gun he used in the attack . the victim is 57-year-old mohammad ataie. a clerk at the valero gas station. on the night of the robbery an off-duty officer saw what was going on and confronted the suspect. shooting him in the torso. the family of the gas station clerk has set up a gofundme page to raise money for funeral expenses. (will) another big story we are following this morning... another teen mob robbery on bart. it happened last friday at the coliseum station in oakland just before 6:30 at night. a woman says her phone was snatched by a group of 10 to 13 teens. but a good samaritan stepped in and chased the teens down as they got off the train and recovered the phone and returned it to the victim. the man was punched and kicked during in the process. officers responded and detained all the teens involved. as of right now the investigation is ongoing and they are reviewing the surveillance videos. we are following this morning... dozens of ups employees still too distraught to return to work after last month's deadly shooting. the attack happened in san francsico and left three of their coworkers dead. kron4's aleca reid spoke with the union representing those employees about what's being done to help them cope. it's been 3 weeks since tragedy struck at this u-p-s center.and the victims colleagues continue to grieve .pkgof the 45 u-p-s deliverymen that normally report to work at the protrero hill center, only a handful have been back to work since last month's tragedy.we'd say no more than 15 have reported to work since june 14thpolice say jimmy lam walked into the morning meeting that fateful wednesday and killed 3 of his colleagues before turning the gun on himself. those visions still haunt their coworkers. joseph cilia / teamsters local 2875some people were right next to the victims, some were right next to the shooter,

(will) happening now... police are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a woman in a home near san jose state university. the victim has now been identified as 20-year-old myla dang from monterey county. police were called to a home on south 10th street monday. they found dang who'd been shot. she later died at the scene. investigators think the victim and gunman may have known each other. no suspect description has been released.

down. a fun fourth of july at the alameda county fair quickly turned into a frightning and unforgetting experience for a mother and her daughter.sot the fight just literally broke out right in front of us so i didn't know how to react so i just grabbed her and ran because i didn't know if they had a knife or gun.around 5:30 at night on july 4th a fight broke out in this carnival area at the alameda county fair. 7 juveniles were arrested. all facing fighting charges, one charged with resisting arrest, another charged with hitting an officer.sot i'm kinda still upset about what happened last night especially seeing her cry for around an hour. it bothered me a lot.those running the fair say they will continue to keep guests safety a top priority but have made no promises to implementing any new safety measures. fair fights haven't been limited to the east bay. we first showed you this video from the sonoma- marin fair in petaluma a week

then spinning like a top nose down before coming to a stop. 3 people were killed in the july 6 2013 crash and now this newly released video has made it's way to youtube the 47 minute video taken from an airport tower camera shows the crash off in the distance, you can see the white smoke at the 34 second mark, the plane comes to a rest and you see black smoke pouring out of the airliner.but it's not for another 90 seconds, that the emergency exit evacuation slides are deployed, with the first passengers coming down at the 2:17 minute mark.the first responder arrives on scene just before the 3 minute mark and hoses start pouring water on the flames within the next minute.the last of the passengers appear to come off of the plane before the 5 minute mark, that's when additional firetrucks begin arriving .shortly after the 6 minute mark you see what could

( mark ) 11 people are recovering this morning after a chain reaction crash on the golden gate bridge. three vehicles were involved in this crash yesterday afternoon. one of those vehicles was a graton casino bus carrying 49 people. a s-u-v was approaching the toll plaza when it suddenly stopped and was rear-ended by a dump truck. the bus then rear-ended the two other vehicles. c-h-p is warning drivers on the golden gate bridge to pay extra close attention to the road, especially this time of year.

( mark ) seven teenagers are arrested at the alameda county fair after a massive brawl.( james ) and now some people are saying they won't be visiting the fair again. kron 4's j.r. stone has the details. a fun fourth of july at the alameda county fair quickly turned into a frightning and unforgetting experience for a mother and her daughter.sot the fight just literally broke out right in front of us so i didn't know how to react so i just grabbed her and ran because i didn't know if they had a knife or gun.around 5:30 at night on july 4th a fight broke out in this carnival area at the alameda county fair. 7 juveniles were arrested. all facing fighting charges, one charged with resisting arrest, another charged with hitting an officer.sot i'm kinda still upset about what happened last

( james ) a home in the east bay is vandalized and now police are searching for the people who did it. rick hirsch walked out of his home in the rockridge district of oakland yesterday morning and found that he and his family were subjected to anti semitic graffiti. the word "jew" was scrawled on his trash can. he says he is concerned about the effect this has on the neighborhood children as well as his own kids.

surveillance cameras. ( mark ) a couple at the center of a high-profile kidnapping case can go forward with their lawsuit against the vallejo police department. denise huskins and aaron quinn claim they were defamed when vallejo police called huskins' kidnapping a hoax. huskins went missing back in march of 2015. quinn also says that police accused him of murdering huskins while she was beng held by the kidnapper. quinn detailed the ordeal to investigators. he gave them a blood sample and access to his email accounts. four months later. . .the f-b-i announced that they arrested the kidnapper matthew muller. attorneys for the city were asking the judge to dismiss the defamation claim but the judge ruled that the lawsuit can move forward. ( james ) police in los angeles are looking for a woman after her kidnapping was caught on camera. in this surveillance video you can see the victim talking to a man. as the woman tries to walk away, the man opens the door to his van and attacks her.

tanks that are used to fill school buses and other school district's vehicles. the suspects fled the scene before officers arrived, but the custodian was able to take the pictured photographs with his cell phone. the equipment that was used to syphon the gasoline suggests that the suspect vehicle was equipped with a large storage container or containers, which could be capable of holding hundreds of gallons of gasoline.

( mark ) even though safe and sane fireworks are actually legal in newark... police respond to more than 100 fireworks- related calls. they confiscated three-barrels full of illegal fireworks. department also had its hands full responding to reports of illegal fireworks. a grassy field off admiral callaghan lane at turner parkway caught fire. a quarter acre of land burned as a result of illegal fireworks. on the fourth of july -- the city received more than 130 illegal fireworks related calls. that's more than triple the number of calls last year. the fire department says illegal fireworks caused 13 fires.

( mark ) one of the men charged with the murder of an east bay mother will be spending 13 years in prison. jerry harbin is one of seven people charged in the 2015 shooting death of chyemil pierce. police say pierce was a innocent bystander who was caught in the middle of gun battle between two groups. harbin pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter. at least two other suspects in the case are expected to go to trial later this year. us the video that was just released. few can forget this image of asiana flight 214 slamming into the seawall at sfo and then spinning like a top nose down before coming to a stop. 3 people were killed in the july 6 2013 crash and now this newly released video has made it's way to youtube the 47 minute video taken from an airport tower camera shows the crash off in the distance, you can see the white smoke at the 34 second mark, the plane comes to a rest and you see black smoke pouring out of the airliner.but it's not for another 90 seconds, that the emergency exit evacuation slides are deployed, with the first passengers coming down at the 2:17 minute mark.the first responder arrives on scene just before the 3 minute mark and hoses start pouring water on the flames within the next minute.the last of the passengers appear to come off of the plane before the 5 minute mark, that's when additional firetrucks begin

( mark ) another teen mob robbery on bart... this is the second one since bart installed its new surveillance cameras. it happened last friday at the coliseum station in oakland... just before 6:30 at night. a woman says her phone was taken by a group of at least 10 teenagers. but a good samaritan chased the teens down and recovered the phone for the woman. the man was punched and kicked during in the process... officers responded and detained all the teens involved... investigators say they area reviewing the surveillance videos... but are ánotá releasing it to the public. police about a block away. police say the shooter had a violent history and vented his anger about police in a facebook video last september. familia was a 12-year police veteran a single mother of three. ( mark ) 11 people are recovering this morning after a chain reaction crash on the golden gate bridge. three vehicles were involved in this crash yesterday afternoon. one of those vehicles was a graton casino bus carrying 49 people. a s-u-v was approaching the toll plaza when it suddenly stopped and was rear-ended by a dump truck. the bus then rear-ended the two other vehicles. c-h-p is warning drivers on the golden gate bridge to pay extra close attention to the road, especially this time of year. police are looking for a man who attacked a car with a golf club after a road rage incident in hercules. it started between two cars near the corner of refugio valley road and coronado avenue. the attacker then followed the other car down refugio road, through the creekside center and onto san pablo avenue. that's where the driver pulled in front of the victim's car, forcing it to stop. he then got out of his car carrying a golf club and began breaking the victim's car windows. he then drove off. no one was hurt. ( james ) a home in the east bay is vandalized and now police are searching for the people who did it. rick hirsch walked out of his home in the rockridge district of oakland yesterday morning and found that he and his family were subjected to anti semitic graffiti. the word "jew" was scrawled on his trash can. he says he is concerned about the effect this has on the neighborhood children as well as his own kids.

( mark ) california's attorney general is supporting a proposal that would allow telephone companies to block robocalls made from spoofed numbers. those are calls that show a number that has a non-existent area code or has never been assigned to a particular subscriber. the federal communications commission says there were over two-billion robocalls áper monthá in 20-16. many people were victims of calls where the caller pretends to work for the i-r-s and claim back taxes are owed. 29 other states have also backed the proposal. ( mark ) international travel to the u-s is on the rise. tourism grew by more than five percent in may compared to last year. that is according to a new report by the "travel trends

( james ) a couple at the center of a high-profile kidnapping case can go forward with their lawsuit against the vallejo police department. denise huskins and aaron quinn claim they were defamed when vallejo police called huskins' kidnapping a hoax. huskins went missing back in march of 2015. quinn also says that police accused him of murdering huskins while she was beng held by the kidnapper. quinn detailed the ordeal to investigators. he gave them a blood sample and access to his email accounts. four months later. . .the f-b-i announced that they arrested the kidnapper matthew muller. attorneys for the city were asking the judge to dismiss the defamation claim but the judge ruled that the lawsuit can move forward.

( mark ) seven teenagers were arrested after a massive brawl at the alameda county fair. the brawl broke out on july fourth around 5:30. all the teens are facing charges. one is charged with resisting arrest and another is charged with hitting an officer. one mother who witnessed the brawl said the incident is making her think twice about going anywhere with large crowds like that. ( mark ) fair officials say they will continue to keep guest safety a top priority but have made no promises to implementing any new safety measures.

( yoli )novato police officers responded to the novato unified school district bus yard, located on olive ave, regarding a theft that had just occurred. when a school district custodian arrived at the yard, he noticed two subjects syphoning gasoline from the underground storage tanks that are used to fill school buses and other school district's vehicles. the suspects fled the scene before officers arrived, but the custodian was able to take the pictured photographs with his cell phone. the equipment that was used to syphon the gasoline suggests that the suspect vehicle was equipped with a large storage container or containers, which could be capable of holding hundreds of gallons of gasoline.

though safe and sane fireworks are actually legal in newark... police respond to more than 100 fireworks- related calls. they confiscated three-barrels full of illegal fireworks. ( mark ) the vallejo fire department also had its hands full responding to reports of illegal fireworks. a grassy field off admiral callaghan lane at turner parkway caught fire. a quarter acre of land burned as a result of illegal fireworks. on the fourth of july -- the city received more than 130 illegal fireworks related calls. that's more than triple the number of calls last year. the fire department says illegal fireworks caused 13 fires.

today... asiana airlines flight 214 crash-landed at s-f-o... killing three people. ( mark ) and now we are seeing new video of the crash. kron4's dan kerman shows us the video that was just released. few can forget this image of asiana flight 214 slamming into the seawall at sfo and then spinning like a top nose down before coming to a stop. 3 people were killed in the july 6 2013 crash and now this newly released video has made it's way to youtube the 47 minute video taken from an airport tower camera shows the crash off in the distance, you can see the white smoke at the 34 second mark, the plane comes to a rest and you see black smoke pouring out of the airliner.but it's not for another 90 seconds, that the emergency exit evacuation

morning... a second pack of gray wolves is spotted in northern california. the species went extinct in the state back in 19-24. this is a picture of the pack released by the u-s forest service. the wolves live in lassen national forest. this picture was taken back in june but was just released yesterday. wildlife officials say that wolf tracks have also been seen in plumas county. the first pack of gray wolves seen in california was spotted back in 2015 in siskiyou county.
