teenage boy is fighting for his life tonight after being shot.. around 10-45 last night a santa clara officer heard what he thought were fire works in the area of brookdale and bing drives.. when he got to the scene he found a car crashed into a parked car... the driver of the crashed car was a 17- year-old boy who was suffering from a gun shot wound. the boy was transported to the hospital where he is in critical condition.. police have not made any arrests.. is accused of stabbing four of her own children to death....alongwith their father...(vicki) catherine heenan is here with more on what police are calling a "horrendous crime." (catherine) police have now filed murder charges against the woman... they say that after she stabbed the children and a man believed to be her husband.....'she's' the one who placed a 9-1-1 call to report the crimes.. all four of the children killed were under 10 years old. a fifth child was also stabbed but survived...and is hospitalized with serious injuries. the man killed is reportedly the children's father, 33-year-old isabel martinez is now being held without bond at the county jail. neighbors say it's hard to believe....and some of them saw the family togetherand behaving normally as recently as the fourth of july... neighbors - cousins came to
