south korea says that if north korea doesn't respond by ending its nuclear program - there will be even stronger sanctions.. steve and pam? firefighters in california are dealing with more than just flames ... when taking on wildfires. the problem hundreds of them are being treated for this season. plus a close call in raging floodwaters. more video of this dramatic rescue... and the victim's reaction to get trapped. and it is a sticky subject... customers being able to sue banks when they feel they have been wronged. the debate going on right now... to change the law.

republican lawmakers could soon overturn a rule that makes it easier for consumers to sue banks... like wells fargo over its fake account scandal. ( pam ) the arbitration rule is set to go into effect in march -- but kron 4's washington correspondent jessica smith found out .... congress may block it . pkg nats readinglauren saunders -- with the national consumer law center -- is reading us part of a banking contract that consumers often sign, but rarely read. lauren saunders, national consumer law center: the fine print of contracts for credit cards, bank accounts, payday loans, takes away your day in court and forces people to go one-by-one into a secretive arbitration process. the fine-print forces consumers to settle disputes with banks through arbitration, instead of lawsuits.the cfpb's arbitration rule will ban those clauses. nats wells fargo tried to use its arbitration clause to keep customers from suing, after news broke that it created millions of fake accounts. eventually, the company bent to political pressure.lauren saunders, national consumer law center: finally after resisting court for years, has come to the table and settle the case as a class-action, but most cases don't get nearly the publicity that the wells fargo cases have gotten. jess standup or tracking idk: opponents of the rule say arbitration is faster and less expensive for consumers. it's why

the itching it can cause. more than 400 of them have been treated so far for poison oak. and here is the rub. they don't have to touch the plant... they can get it through inhaling in the smoke. posion oak can also seep through clothing... causing the annoying itch. one solution is to get a special soap to wash the oil off if you think you have been explosed to it. heavy rains and thunderstorms brought flash flooding to the san antonio, texas area today... there were evacuations - and people are still being urged 'not' to drive on flooded roads. catherine heenan is here with details of how some people just were not listening.... (catherine) people were still getting trapped today despite the warnings.....and still trying to cross high, rushing water... that included this man... his rescue
