"a case like this is horrifying, especially horrifying when you look at the age of the victim as this 4 year old. (estacio) captain shawn ahearn with the sunnyvale department of public safety says in july - the victims mother came to them after beliving her daughter had been molested at her home several times by a friend, the child's babysitter and the woman's boyfriend. ahearn. "we coordinated an investigationg, and after a lengthy investigaini we arrested 2 suspedts now in custody. and these are the suspects, 39 year old blanca torres and 39 year odl hector garcia. authorities say they do not have criminal records. but during the investigation, detectives did find some incriminating evidence. ahearn. "we found on blanca phone browser history of searching for child porn sites. q. did she upload pictures? no. just browser history. captain ahern says both suspects are now facing multiple felonies. ahearn. they were arrested and charged with 7 counts of lewdness with a child. case. the two remain in custody pending an arraignment. terisa estacio kron four news (vicki) california authorities are searching for a 9-year-old boy who is missing since a fatal shooting in santa maria. police issued an amber alert early this morning for daniel morozov. the search began after police were dispatched to a shooting yesterday in santa maria and found a body. police say daniel is likely in the company of 48-year-old konstantin morozov who may be driving a blue volkswagon golf. morozov should be considered armed and dangerous.

parents and students in one east bay school district are upset because of overcrowding at the school. dublin high school has nearly 28-hundred students this year. they are expected to grow to 5-thousand students in the next few years. that's because dublin is becoming one of the fastest growing cities in california. the city passed a 283 million dollar bond measure that would help build another high school. parents say the school expansion is taking too long. (grant) kron four's spencer blake spoke with the man who found the flyers. sunday morning neil crawford found one of these flyers on his street.it shows a woman wearing a hijab, with the threatening message "help me kill you, stupid.""it's clearly something out of the ordinary. swastika's very visible."at first, he just threw the swastika-laden card in the trash.but when he found a second one on the sidewalk, he decided to let police know. an officer found a third one during his investigation on sherman street."i was sad. i was disappointed that something like that would be in our community, in our country, in our world." crawford and his wife posted about the flyer on a facebook group called 'alameda peeps,' where they heard from someone else who independently found the same flyer a few blocks away, near the islamic center of alameda.a representative there told kron four he'd like

bay now where prosecutors say the shooting that claimed the life of one oakland firefighter and injured a second, was nothing short of an "unprovoked, surprise attack."(pam) kron four's rob fladeboe was in court ... as the man arrested in that shooting was arraigned. the court allowed our cameras into department 23 this afternoon but it stipulated we were not to show the defendant's face. 27 year old oliver juinio, handcuffed and shackled at the waist and feet, was arraigned on one count of murder and one count of attempted murder. he showed no emotion and spoke only briefly to his attorneys. juinio is the man police say shot two off duty oakland firefighters, one fatally, outside a taylor street market after they had attended a party for an independent clothing chain. in a statement of facts, prosecutors said there is no evidence of any kind provocation and that based on surveillance video from the market, juinio allegedly shot the firefighters down at close range in what is being characterized as a surprise attack.lance daugherty/deputrt

about tonight. it was back in july when authorities say a mother came to them - saying her four year old was the victim of a sexual assault. an investigation was launched. and after several weeks of collecting evidence, two people have been arrested. these two. 39 year old blanca torres and 39 year old hector garcia. authorities say they found evidence on blanca's phone - showing that she had been reportedly searching child porn sites. now, they are concerned there are possibly more victims out there.

of santa clara .... has taken another twist. an audit... ordered by the city's mayor ... found, the team owes santa clara about 300- thousand dollars 'less' than initially estimated. the two sides have been going back and forth over whether and how taxpayer dollars have been spent on levi's stadium. that would be in violation of the measure passed by voters which paved the way for the construction of the stadium. the audit is supposed to be addressed this thursday at the stadium authority meeting. the audit cost santa clara 200-thousand dollars.
