(grant) an east bay woman is back home from that country music festival, and counting her blessings tonight, grateful to have made it out alive. she sat down with kron four's terisa estacio today to talk about what she saw and how she is dealing. terisa joins us live from the news room - how's she doing? (terisa) this afternoon, i had the pleasure to sit and talk with stephanie booker as she went over what happened after the shots rang out. stephanie is a hair dresser from livermore but lives in las vegas now. but after what happened her family begged her to come home. she says it has been tough to really grasp the deaths of so many.

stephanie booker shared this with me as we met to talk about the concert sunday her legs are bruised with cuts she got injured after running under the bleachers next to the stage after the gunfire stated to rain down. 12:18 stephanie. i was running through the bleachers, i was pushed over, yeah i am bruised, but that is the least of my worries, nothing compares to anyone else. so grateful that's all that came out of this the livermore native and now las vegas resdient stephanie booker also showed me this video it was taking by a friend she was with under the bleachers. at one point, they saw a woman's body right in front of them. 1:25 stephanie. drop right in front of us, she had a limp body.stephanie says while under the bleachers she called her parents thinking this might be the last time she would talk to them. :43. i thought i was going to die. i called them and others, they told me to be calm. stephanie says she and her friends were under the bleachers for about 20 minutes then made a run for it they wandered onto the strip, and that's when complete strangers lent a hand. 1:16. there were some people in apartments, and the let us in, i am thankful for all that. (vicki) happening tonight... san francisco police are holding a town hall meeting to update the public about last month's deadly police involved shooting. authorities are discussing the shooting that killed 46- year-old damian murray. on september 24th... police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance on salmon street. murray was inside the apartment with his wife and two children. police say that when officers arrived... they heard gun fire inside the apartment. after hours of negotiation... officers stormed the apartment... shooting murray. he was taken to the hospital where he later died. the meeting will start at six pm at the cathay post on powell street near vallejo street. (grant) the chp has

arrested a man who they say was involved in a freeway shooting last month. this is video of sadel wilkes being arrested at an apartment in oakland. police say wilkes was involved in a shooting at the industrial parkway on-ramp to interstate 880. witnesses say he walked up to a car stopped at a metering light... and fired his gun into the car. he then jumped into a getaway car. wilkes is facing a string of charges including attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. (vicki) rohnert park police have arrested the man they say committed a sting of robberies in the past few months. william hodges was arrested at his rohnert park home today. police say he committed seven robberies across sonoma county since august. authorities say hodges was already wanted for skipping parole in a 20-10 robbery conviction. according to police... hodges admitted to the seven robberies. he was booked in the sonoma county jail without bail. other agencies are expected to file cases against hodges. her brother-in-law al etcheber drove all the way here monday after vinnie told him he got separated from his wife during the massacre.they drove all over the strip and las vegas, hoping she was okay somewhere. al says las vegas police did everything they could to help in the search. (sot)"and unfortunately with all the chaos that was occurring down there with the hospitals and triage, it was almost impossible to find a good, solid list of what we'd call jane does because she didn't have her id with her."
