(pam) in oakland... police are looking for the person or people, who they say, robbed three people yesterday. the first robbery happened around 12:30- in the morning on b- street near 86th avenue. police say, the suspect approached a woman at gunpoint and took her purse. just before six- that evening... another armed robbery happened. this one was on macarthur boulevard, near green acre road... authorities say, the person stole money from the victim and took off. then, an hour and a half later ... a man was robbed by a person on fruitvale avenue near brookdale avenue ... also taking money. police say, the victim suffered a contusion and was taken to the

(ááásteveááá) those who lost their homes in the north bay wildfires now have up to 24 months to collect their insurance payments. today, the state insurance commissioner says some families were wrongly told they had between six to seven months. they were told this by insurance adjusters who came from out of state to help with the high number of claims. they have also been wrongly told their additional living expense benefits expire in a year. the commissioner says insurance companies need to make sure out of state adjusters become familiar with california law so they stop giving out the wrong information.
