gutierrez. he was seen by witnesses yesterday evening forcing his ex-girlfriend27- year-old adriana carrillo into a car in a chuck e. cheese on pacific avenue in stockton. police believe the pair was involved in a domestic violence incident earlier that prompted the kidnapping. this morning we are learning a 16-year-old girl died in car crash in livermore. it happened just after midnight yesterday on stanley boulevard.. near isabel avenue. police say a woman driving with four passengers veered off the road... the car flipped several times before landing on railroad tracks. two people including the 16-year-old were ejected from the car. the driver has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. the victim has not yet been identified. police in concord arrested a person they say broke in to a middle school... this is a photo of the suspect... he is fredy cortez... police say he broke a window to get into el dorado middle school....

and they also say this is not the first time he's broke into a school. in the east bay. bart police used a stun gun to subdue a woman after officers say she had a man in a chokeholdand became combative with officers. it happened on a richmond-bound train at the fremont station on wednesday night. police say the woman was the aggressor and when officers arrived they saw that she had the male passenger in a headlock. officers tried to intervene but the woman kicked and scratched at them... forcing the officers to use a stun gun to subdue the woman. police determined that the woman needed to have a mental health evaluationso she was taken to a medical facility. police in oakland are looking for the people who car jacked two drivers. both car jackings happened on wednesday. the first happened on the 99-hundred block of macarthur boulevard. in thea case... four people car jacked the victim at gun point. the person only suffered minor injuries. then later that evening anther person was carjacked on international boulevard. in that case

two people were involved in the carjacking. menlo park police are on the hunt for the homeless man who shot another homeless man earlier this week. police found the victim on the decommissioned railroad tracks... about 150 feet north of university avenue... suffering from several gunshot wounds. he was taken to stanford hospital for surgery... where he remains in critical condition this morning. the man told police he lives at the homeless encampment... near where he was found. police searched the homeless encampment... and questioned several people... but did not find coming up on the kron 4 morning news ...people are buying in stores ... and online.we have tips on how to keep your packages safe ... and out of the hands of porch pirates. and before you buy any gift cards this holiday season ... look carefully. the signs that could help you avoid getting ripped off. and here's a live look outside...at the san mateo bridge.

and now his life is changed forever.( will ) johnny bobbit ... used his last 20- dollars to help a stranded driver on a pennsylvania interstate. he went to get her some gas. then the woman he helped started a fundraiser for him and it has topped more than 270- thousand dollars. the donations have all come from a 'go-fund-me' account. a group of state attorneys general is criticizing the national park service for trying to increase entrance fees. under the proposal... visitors would be charged 70 dollars per vehicle at the 17 most popular national parks. those parks include the grand canyon... yosemite... and yellowstone. the group says the increase is inconsistent with laws governing the park system. it also goes against president trump's proposal to reduce the service's overall budget.

( anny ) like many organizations.. . first lutheran church in concord offered a free thanksgiving feast yesterday. this is the 12th year the church has hosted the event. the organization begins preparing for the event in august... but it's the week before thanksgiving that the church says is crunch time. volunteers do a variety of tasks... from cleaning the kitchen to cooking the meals to feed hundreds. not only does the organization offer a free meal... they also give away clothes and other items to those in need. ( will ) several las vegas marijuana dispensaries are offering 'black friday' deals. more than 40 dispensaries in the las vegas area are offering discounts on marijuana products... they include flower products... concentrates and edible products such as chocolates. nevada legalized the sale of marijuana in july. the state senator who helped legalize recreational marijuana in nevada says it's a "great stocking-stuffer"... and wants to remind people to treat weed products like alcohol.. and use with caution.
