wise, the lukes were the first fire victims to sell in sonoma county, setting an average price of 160 to 180 thousand dollars per lot.31:14 we made the conscious decision just to see what we could get but not to overprice it where in 6 months there's 100 of them on the market and were one of 100 the sale took less time than expected and wise believes the re-building will also be expedited 18:40 for the most part it is investors that are coming in to purchase these properties that are going to build these homes for these people and yes, they will make a profit on thembut for the lukes their buyer is a family who says they will build their own home here.that was an important factor in the sale. 32:06 for us the person that is buying it is buying it to build a home for their family, their son and his family, so that's very exciting to us, that's why we picked the offer we pickedcamila:this lot is expected to be cleaned within the next two days and ready for the new family. if they begin building soon, the broker said they could have a new home by the springtime. reporting in santa rosa, camila bernal kron 4 news
