39 on christmas day will stay behind bars for the time being. a federal court judge in fresno made that ruling earlier today. the f-b-i claims everitt jameson told undercover agents he would target pier 39 and set off explosives in the name of isis. the modesto man was arrested last friday. jameson is an ex-marine. he's now charged with attempting to provide material support to a terrorist organization. if convicted... jameson could be sentenced to 20 years in prison. he is due back in court on january fifth. (grant) in the wake of that foiled attack... police in san francisco are stepping up security for the new year's eve celebration. kron 4's lydia pantazas tells us what we can expect to see. (grant) police arrested a man accused of stabbing someone at a market in santa rosa. police say eulalio orozco was un-provoked when he stabbed someone last week in lola's market. a 61-year- old man sitting at a table, when he was stabbed in the neck. the victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries...he is now in stable condition. orozco was arrested last night. police say he has been living in santa rosa for the last two months...and police say he has been going by several aliases (vicki) a donation center for those affected by the north bay wildfires is closed now after multiple attempted break-ins. the center is on fourth street near the russian river brewery in santa rosa. officials say there have been three attempted and acts of vandalism in the last two weeks. windows and glass doors have been shattered....with the most recent incident happening early christmas morning. the landlord has been donating the space since it opening mid- october. the man running

(grant) beginning on monday the new federal tax guidelines will go into effect. people all across the state are rushing to tax offices to take advantage of the expiring tax break. now the i-r-s is warning people that their efforts may not pay off. dave briggs reports. (grant) two employees from a mendocino county business were arrested...and nearly two- thousand pounds of marijuana was seized...even though the business has a local pot license. here are the co-founders of "old kai distribution" attorney's for the company say employees were transporting marijuana from a cultivator when they were pulled over by c-h-p last week. he says the company has a license from mendocino county and was told it could operate legally. the california highway patrol says it's illegal to transport marijuana without a state license...which takes effect monday. attorneys are now demanding the marijuana be returned and the charges be

(vicki) doug jones has been certified the winner of a special election in alabama earlier this month. he will be sworn into the senate on january third - as the first democrat sent there by the state in 25 years.(grant) but his opponent, republican roy moore, tried to stop that certification at the eleventh hour. natasha chen explains moore also claimed in his filing that he had taken a polygraph test in response to accusations that he had sexually assaulted teens while he was in his 30s. an alabama circuit court judge denied a motion today - filed by republican roy moore - who had asked for a new election and a delay in certifying the results from december 12th. democrat doug jones was certified thursday as the winner - - earning 20 thousand more votes than moore - who was accused of dating - and in some cases - sexually assaulting - teen girls while he was in his thirties.in moore's complaint - the candidate says he took a polygraph test about three of those women..."the results of the examination reflected that

(vicki) new tonight at 5... a google bus was involved in a deadly crash involving a motorcyclist in mountain view. it happened wednesday evening just before 5-thirty at the intersection of north shoreline boulevard and plymouth street. when officers arrived to the scene the motorcyclist was unresponsive and was pronounced dead shortly after. police said that no one else was injured in the crash. the identity of the man killed has not been released at this time. the cause of the collision is still under investigation. after 5:30 last night...after receiving reports of three suspicious men. one of the suspects-- larry don kygar-- gave the deputy a false name and had a warrant out for probabtion violation. police say when the deputy attempted to arrest kygar-- he punched the deputy multiple times. an officer then tazed the man. while the deputy was questioning the two other suspects--kygar fled from the scene and got away. (grant) new at five a man wearing a t-shirt saying "trust me" is accused of stealing a car in virginia... take a look at this... police say two people were in a stolen car shortly after an unlocked car was taken as it was being warmed up. police say they also found several forged checks during the arrests. the two were charged with auto theft. survived the infamous bataan death march and symbolized the thousands of unheraleded filipinos who fought alongside american forces in world war two... has died... at 100- years-old. ramon rega-lado died in el cerrito last week. that is according to an official from the "bataan legacy historical society..." which has fought to honor rega- lado and others like him. he was a machine gun operator with the philippine scouts when troops were forced to surrender to the japanese in 19-42. he escaped the bataan death march and later moved to the bay area to work for the military. the cause of his death has not yet been released. (vicki) a desperate plea from a bay area family... after a father and activist is gunned down just days before christmas. and the shooter is still on the loose. it happened saturday night near west grand and bush in oakland.

kron 4's jr stone has the story. i was at work had a phone call saying my brother got killed i rushed to the hospital they say he passed away at the hospital. i don't know somebody take away my older brother i don't have my older brother anymore it really sucks that he is not here to see what is going on. and for people not to tell what happened is not right. that little girl deserves justice she needs to know what happened to her dad and i know what it's like to grow up without a father and it hurts and it hurts bad and to not know what happened to her dad makes it even worse and telling her tomorrow is going to break her heart. i just want her to get peace and know that we did everything we could to make her feel special and leave her dad's legacy amazing for her so she could look back and say my dad was an amazing person he loved me more than anything in the world want her to know that he did not do this to himself someone did this they took him from her and they took him from all of us and it's not right. if they could please please find it in their heart to do what's right cause it's hard of course but please in your heart do what's right.

the el parian neighborhood market and carniceria in southeast fresno is not a place anyone expects a baby to be born but that is what happened tuesday night."ok so last night was a crazy night." store surveillance cameras show the pregnant woman walking into the store. she is shopping, but then goes to a table, and kneels.store owner issamar sepulveda tells us what happened."we had this lady here who came in to buy a soda, and then she told the cashier to call the ambulance because she was feeling like she was going to have her baby."store employees started calling 911 but said nobody answered."so then i started listening to her screaming so then i came to the carniceria and then i was like what's going on. she was right there like bending, oh my god, oh my god i am having my baby." within just a couple of minutes the baby came out."and then it happened so quickly everything happened so quickly. then the butcher took off his apron and he caught the baby and then i cut the cord."sepulveda, a mother of two babies thought the child did not look right."the baby was purple and i was like why was he purple, what's going on and i was so worried praying god oh my god, help me, for you know, for the health of this baby."a store employee ran home to get a suction syringe to clear the baby's airway. they kept the child warm until the ambulance arrived.facebook postings by a store employee show the baby boy being by taken by paramedics.the mother and child went to a fresno hospital. sepulveda is still

a google bus was involved in a fatal crash that killed a motorcyclist in mountain view. it happened wednesday just before 5-thirty p-m at the intersection of north shoreline boulevard and plymouth street. when officers arrived the motorcyclist was unresponsive and was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. no one else was injured in the crash. the identity of victim has not been released....and the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
