( marty ) san jose police are investigating a second homicide in the city, both of them happeningin a span of just over 24 hours... one of them was a 17 year old boy who was stabbed to death. he was killed near the corner of east san antonio street and south sunset avenue... that's just blocks from cesar chavez elementary school and lee mathson middle school. and on wednesday, a man was shot and killed on van winkle lane. that incident also happened near an elementary school, aptitude community academy. there's no information yet on suspects. in losses. after discovering his office suite at bishop ranch in san ramon was burglarized in the afternoon on christmas eve. m.p- singh/federal solutions group- "we, we, we feel really bad about it." singh says the burglar broke through his locked door to get in. singh also says the main door to the building was locked when he left that day. but it's unclear if it was locked when the suspect stopped by. fortunately for singh, his neighbors at pink java next door, who were also burglarized the same day by who they believe is the same man... caught him in the act, through a surveillance camera set-up underneath a desk, which captured the man stealing about 30-thousand dollars worth of electronics and cash.max schlienger/pink java- "seeing the nonchalant way he just strolled in here, picked up all our things and left. it really made me feel kind of sick to my stomach." max schlienger (shh-ling-err) says his company has handed this survaillance video over to police and is confident in the investigation. but having never experienced a burglary of this magnitude... he

( marty ) san jose police are investigating a second homicide in the city, both of them happeningin a span of just over 24 hours... one of them was a 17 year old boy who was stabbed to death. he was killed near the corner of east san antonio street and south sunset avenue... that's just blocks from cesar chavez elementary school and lee mathson middle school. and on wednesday, a man was shot and killed on van winkle lane. that incident also happened near an elementary school, aptitude community academy. there's no information yet on suspects. beatles drummer ringo starr -- is set to be knighted by queen elizabeth for his contributions to music. the 77-year old is the second beatle to be knighted, 21 years after paul mccartney. bee gees singer barry gibb, and actor high laurie will also be recognized.
