was on.perhaps most telling of all, is that wong apparently got particularly mad at petty things - like people not doing their fair share of work, or owing him money.a close friend of one of the victim's, christine loeber, says the whole thing is so tragic, you can't be angry. (sot)"you can't describe it other than, the guy needed help. he went to battle for our country, he came back not healthy, and didn't get enough help."(vo)some other interesting revelations about wong are that the state bureau of security and investigative services says wong received permits to carry a nine- millimeter gun and to be a security guard back in 2008. those permits weren't current, though.the bureau says he lost his license for failing to pay the annual fees.that means his permits expired on october 31st of last year. meanwhile today, c-h-p told kron four news that they are looking into so many moving parts of this investigation, that won't be releasing any new information beyond what they told us on friday.live in yountville, spencer blake, kron four news.
