(robin) san francisco police released body cam video showing the moments police killing a man ... after officers say a man in the trunk pulled out a gun. in this video you're going to see the moments before the gun shots were fired ... we paused the video before the man is killed. (robin) people were able to watch this body cam video at a town hall meeting last night. at that meeting police said 19-year-old adolfo

delgado and two other people were involved in an armed robbery. police say they were able to arrest two of the people ... but delgado was hiding in the trunk ... refusing to get out and pulled out a gun. some people at the meeting were upset by the video saying the amount of force used was excessive.

lampkin says wong would fixate on the small stuff.a friend of christine loeber, one of wong's victims, shared his feelings about the shooter with kron four."no one knows what pain he was in, how sick he was. maybe he was just a bad person. ya know, but at this point, it doesn't matter. it's just, ya gotta go on and keep her memory alive."lampkin says his brother had some physical ailments from war, in addition to struggles with bipolar disorder.but he wouldn't always take his medication because he didn't think it was working.lampkin also says, though he hadn't seen his brother in years, had heard that he started drinking. "you can't describe it other than, the guy needed help. he went to battle for our country, he came back not healthy, and didn't get enough help."we do know wong had been in a treatment program for veterans, and had been asked to leave.c-h-p still hasn't commented on what spurred wong getting kicked

(robin) we're also learning more about the executive director of the pathway program -- christine loeber who died last week. loeber helped that patient out of homelessness and talked her out of an abortion that doctors were recommending. kron 4's j-r stone has that story. this 9 month old boy named true is a fighter. a miracle baby who has had heart conditions his entire life but a baby who is alive today because of one of the yountville victim's who was killed last week. that being christine loeber, the exective director of the pathway home. sot she said we're hear for you....fight for this babies life...my son's here because of her.true's mom and loeber's patient and gulf war veteran jodi brock was shocked to hear

president trump makes his first visit to california as commander-in-chief. border security is on the agenda. today... the president will check out eight prototypes of his planned border wall... before addressing marines in san diego and attending a fund-raiser in beverly hills. president trump's visit comes just days after his justice department sued to block state laws designed to protect undocumented immigrants. (robin) not everyone is happy with this presidential visit. in san diego... protests started yesterday. president trump lost california in the 2016 election and there's been friction with the state ever since then. (robin) after the white house unveiled gun and school safety proposals-- president trump responded to criticism .....that he's not following through on áhis idea...to raise the minimum age for certain gun purchases. the president defended himself on twitter...as students across the country are planning protests to pressure lawmakers for more gun control. karin kay-fah has the latest from washington. the white house says president trump hasn't abandoned previously expressed support for raising age to purchase guns to 21, despite his tweet monday that said the idea doesn't have much political support.press secretary sarah

for its third noreaster in the last 10 days.. this is video of snow yesterday in north carolina.. there's a blizzard warning for coastal massachusetts, while a winter storm warning covers providence, new york city, and much of the northeast. the storm could bring as much as a foot and a half of snow to some areas of new england. (robin) 30-thousand people in santa barbara county were ordered to leave their homes. a storm triggered mandatory evacuations because of mudslide concerns. residents were given up about two hours to leave. county officials have released an evacuation map showing what areas are at the greatest risk. (robin) four men and one woman still on the run after a string of home invasions robberies in petaluma. this after four others were already arrested. kron

four's maureen kelly has more. éit was here on this private road in petaluma where two carloads of a total of nine suspects came armed at around 3amand according to sonoma county sheriff's committed a series of home invasions on three residences here.they knocked down fences kicked in doors tied up people pistol whipped a man and look and search for marijuana. when they realize they had the wrong house, there was no marijuana present in any of the homes they left no one needed to be hospitalized.but one resident who would not go on camera would only say it was super scary..another neighbor voiced his concerns. it's terrifying, i heard it was a mistake it's scary because it could happen to anyonemarin county sheriff department search and rescue operatives could be seen loading up to help scour the area near 101 and atherton ave where one of the suspect's rental cars was dumped with three guns inside.. one suspect was apprehended after turning up on the doorstep of a home on woodhollow drive asking to use phone to call an

uber, the resident called 911 instead. that neighborhood was asked to shelter in place while swat teams and other law enforcement searched the area for hours for the four other suspects from that vehcile that got away.. the second vehicle was spotted by employees at the novato costco. officers responded to that area they arrested three out of that vehicle and one female got away the sonoma county sheriff department lifted the shelter in place at around 2 pm once they were sure the missing suspects were no longer within the permeter. the sonoma county sheriff's department says the suspects are from out of this area, some believed to be from north carolina, others from the sacramento area. investigators will now be following up with local hotels around here to see if any of their recent guests match the suspects descriptions. maureen kelly kron4 news (robin) in the south bay... and across much of california... water conservation habits appear to be lagging. the water resources control board says

water conservation has fallen in seven of the last 8 months. statewide... residents cut consumption by just eight percent in january... that's below the 20-percent reduction from january 2017. if that is a trend... the gains from last winter's record rainfall... will be gone before we know it. ( james ) immigrants from four countries and their american-born children are suing the trump administration... over its decision to end a program that lets them live and work álegally in the u-s. the suit was filed yesterday in san francisco. the immigrants claim the decision to end the protected status for el salvador, haiti, nicaragua and sudan was racially motivated. the status is granted to countries ravaged by natural disasters or war. it lets citizens of those countries remain in the u-s until the situation improves back home. ( james ) the vallejo fire department says it is short staffed...and it's trying to deal with a growing number of emergency calls. firefighters are working four days straight now that more calls coming in. most of them working nearly 100 hours in mandatory overtime. the grueling work has caught up to the department... with 9 of their firefighters now on disability. the fire chief says its not just fire calls they are responding to.

( darya ) immigrants from four countries and their american-born children are suing the trump administration... over its decision to end a program that lets them live and work álegally in the u-s. the suit was filed yesterday in san francisco. the immigrants claim the decision to end the protected status for el salvador, haiti, nicaragua and sudan was racially motivated. the status is granted to countries ravaged by natural disasters or war. it lets citizens of those countries remain in the u-s until the situation improves back home.
