( robin )in san bruno... a san diego woman has left 3 youtube employees injured... after shooting them on the company's headquarters tuesday. the shooters name is nasim aghdam ... and accoriding to her website... was supposedly angry with the social media platform for filtering her youtube channels from getting views... and altering her revenue. youtube has since taken down her youtube videos and deleted her page. the 3 victims of that shooting were taken to the san francisco general hospital... were kron 4's ali reid has the latest on their conditions. hospital staff hospital staff tell us all 3 victims are recovering, and they are alert.they know where they are, what happened ... and they're under close watch. pkgpolice say the shooting at youtube's headquarters stemmed

from a domestic incident. it isn't clear if the male victim here was the intended target. but what we know right now is that ... of the 3 victims at the hospital .... one is a 36 year old man that is in critical condition. the other 2 are women...a 32 year old with serious injuries ...and a 27 year old in fair condition. they were all rushed here to zuckerberg s-f general hospital ... and have been treated by emergency staff.we look at the airway to make sure they're breathing....make sure we have not missed anything.doctors won't specify the type of gun that was used, but ruled out an automatic weapon. zuckerberg s-f general is the only "level 1" trauma center in san francisco ... and that is exactly why the 3 victims were rushed here this afternoon. a level one trauma center not only provides an intensive care unit, surgery center, and emergency operations ...if need be, it can handle patients that need more comprehensive care. this e-r is equippped to deal with mass casualty situations .... sot trauma patients are very active. they change from moment to moment. right now we stabilized the conndition. we put the patient in the appropriate place, but they could start to bleed. then we'll have to operate. standup although none of the patients required surgery earlier today, the trauma center tells

us they are under constant watch.if there are any significant changes, the hospital will give us an update tonight. otherwise we will be briefed on their recovery in the morning. reporting live in san francisco .... ali reid ... kron 4 news. cherry avenue -- at youtube headquarters -- in san bruno. zach vorhies, senior software engineer at youtube"i looked over and there was somebody on his back on the courtyard with a red spot on his stomach." zach vorhies -- a senior software engineer at youtube said a fire alarm was pulled and he and his employees exited the building.witnesses watched as they came outside with their hands over their heads -- with fear on the faces -- some with tears.zach vorhies, senior software engineer at youtube"i really didn't understand what was going on at the time. somebody started screaming like come get me and then i saw a police officer come in through the gate with an assault rifle." one witness -- who took this cell phone video -- said he was inside youtube just minutes before the shooting. he stepped out to head home and hear the sirens and the police cars that followed ... and watched as employees walked out.james mahakena, witness"they were terrified. i

the scene .. but also is disappointed that shooting incidents are becoming all too familiar. ( robin ) supervisor canepa says first responders in the county continually train for this kind of emergency... but also points out there is no trauma hospital in the north county... and that is why the victims were taken to zuckerberg general hospital in san francisco. ( robin )san francisco mayor mark far-rell issuing this statement last night saying: "gun violence is tearing apart our communities. we cannot grow numb to these terrible acts." republicans in

congress must pass meaningful gun control and safety policies. we know that these changes would reduce gun violence and save lives." ( robin )a north bay man has been arrested for allegedly recording video of victims in a public restroom. the crime reportedly happened at the northgate mall in san rafael. kron four's terisa estacio (terisa estacio reporting) police say the female victim was using a family bathroom here at northgate mall when she noticed a cellphone pointing at her recording her everymove... raul aguilar, sgt. san rafael police dept. the suspect actually removed a panel from within the bathroom tried to conceal the phone with the panel. he put it on record and it was recording when she found it. the victim reviewed the cell phone and called us. we are in the process of getting a search warrant to fully review the contents of the cellphone. our officers contacted the mall and reviewed surveillance video. our officers recognized suspect as someone they have dealt with in previous cases and that helped

id. estacio - the suspect has been identified as 25 year old damian uriel maldonado of novato. he is currently in jail. the marin county district attorney is reviewing the case now for charges. in marin county terisa estacio kron four news. ( robin )4 people are presumed dead after a routine helicopter training mission. it happened near el centro tuesday afternoon at a marine corps air station in miramar.

the crew members were aboard the aircraft when it suddenly crashed around 2-30. the aircraft that they were using was the ch-53-e super stallion... the helicopter is primarily used for heavy lifting... and has been used by marines for over 30-years. ( robin )new this morning... a car crashed into a hayward home . it happened near fairview avenue and arbutus court. when autorities arrived to the home found a silver four door honda that had landed onto a detached garage.. in the homeowners backyard. no one was inside that garage when police arrived. the driver of the vehicle had also fleed. no injuries were reported... police say they are investigating the accident as a hit and run. ( robin )a big story we continue to follow... the hart family was spotted in the newport oregon area.... 24-hours before the fatal crash that killed the family... and left 3 missing. officials say the mother... jennifer hart... was seen at a safeway in fort bragg .. on march 25th. reporter chris holm-strom has the latest. this search warrant shows investigators were looking for any clues that might give insight into the family 'stravel plans.they were searching inside their home looking for bank records and phone records. they even seized a laptop and ipad.take pkgcrime scene tape blocking off the driveway from the hart family residnence.neighbors still reeling over the tragic news -- leaving many of them with so many questions.

( robin )the quintuplets born to a moutain house couple back in january .... are settling in to their new home.. after being released from the hospital last month. the newborns were three months premature... but according to their parents... seem to be healthy and thriving. kron4's maureen kelly was able

to visit the family. pkg(crying)as expected...insid e the home of chad and amy kemple.....there's a lot of crying.....eating .....burping.....so othing.....diaper changing.....and very little sleep.this is what it looks like during the lunch rush.the quintuplets, two girls, noelle and gabriella and three boys... lincoln preston and grayson, were born just a little shy of three months ago...they were welcomed home by their two older siblings...savannah aged three and avery, who is almost two....who...let's just say enhance the feeling of non stop action of the household. they are getting advice from other parents in their situation including another local mom of 10 year old quaduplets.... she's on the other end she says i promise it's going to get better difficult times to pass new challenges as they get older of course(maureen)the quintuplets parents say they can tell the difference between their five babies but for simplicity sake they lay them out to sleep and nap in their birth order and they give each one their own color-coded pacifier, noel for instance gets purple. that's to help friends and family who

come to visit figure out who's wholike their their sisters...the quintuplets were born with the help of fertility treatments....and while some social media have criticized the couple's choice..the kemples say.......they were only trying for one more child now they're all here i would never give them back and i'll fight for them for everything but at the beginning when we first found out when we were first trying to get pregnant i would've never said please give us five children we would've asked for thisthey say they wouldn't have volunteered for this kind of chaos..but now that it's here...they are going to give it all they've got.maureen kelly kron4 news. was being suppressed by youtube opened fire at the company's headquarters in san bruno... injuring 3 people before taking her own life.( will ) investigators say they do ánot believe nasim aghdam specifically targeted the three victims. that's a change from earlier statements... that the shooting was being investigated as a domestic dispute. authorities say aghdam had a longstanding dispute with youtube. aghdam's father said his daughter was angry youtube stopped paying for videos she posted... and warned police she might go to the company's headquarters. ( lydia )investigators said they don't believe nasim aghdam specifically targeted the three victims tuesday. but a law enforcement official said aghdam had a longstanding dispute with the company.the official said investigators believe aghdam used the name nasime sabz online. a website in that name decried youtube's policies and said that youtube was trying to "suppress" content creators.the official spoke to ap on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case publicly.aghdam's father said his daughter was angry youtube stopped paying for videos she posted on the platform and warned police she might go to the company's headquarters.

products including soybeans... aircrafts and cars. this comes after the trump administration published a list of 13-hundred chinese products that will be subjected to more tariffs. this is the second time this week that china has unveiled tariffs on american made products. ( will ) special counsel robert mueller has told president trump's lawyers that the president is not a criminal target of the russia investigation. that's according to the washington post. the post is also reporting that mueller's team is putting together a report on potential obstruction of justice by the president. mueller is reportedly still seeking an interview with the president. mueller wants to discuss trump's request that former f-b-i director james comey stop investigating former national security adviser michael flynn. ( darya ) in the north bay... police shot a man after police say he pointed a gun at officics. it happened on lakeville circle in petaluma. officers got a call about a man who had a gun... and was making suicidal threats. police tried to

negotiate with him for nearly 2 hours. they say it appeared the man then reloaded the gun... and pointed it at them. officers then shot him. he was rushed to the hospital where his condition is unknown. no officers were injured. ( darya ) in the east bay... one man is dead and another is injured after a shooting in oakland. it happened on east 23rd street. one of the men was taken to the hospital and the other died at the scene. police have not named the victims or any suspects. ( will ) today marks the 50th anniversary of martin luther king junior's assasination. u-c berkeley will join a national bell tolling in his honor. the over 5-ton bell will ring for each year of the civil rights leader's life at the campanile esplanade. it starts at noon and is expected last around 5 minutes. the school's chorus will also sing gospel songs after the service. ( will ) san francisco is now part of seven cities and 17 states that are suing the trump administration over the 20-20 census. the

detectives recognized uriel after reviewing surveillance video police are getting a search warrant to review his phone. ( will ) new this morning... a car crashed into a hayward home . it happened near fairview avenue and arbutus court. when autorities arrived to the home found a silver four door honda that had landed onto a detached garage.. in the homeowners backyard. no one was inside that garage when police arrived. the driver of the vehicle had also fleed. no injuries were reported... police say they are investigating the accident as a hit and run. ( darya ) 2 people are in custody after stealing a car and evading police. it started early yesterday morning on refugio (re-fu- he-o) valley road in hercules. an officer saw the stolen car pulled over on the side of the road. he came up behind the car and turned on his spotlight. the driver sped off and led the officer on a chase... but later hit a

curb. a second police car pulled up behind the thieves to try and stop them. the driver then backed into the patrol car... and drove off. shortly after police located the car near highway 4 abandoned. a witness spotted a man and woman jumping a fence in that area and called police. officers found the pair and arrested them. ( darya ) a man is in jail after a shooting at a shopping center in fremont. the shooting happened on decoto road after an argument in a drive-thru. the man shot at a car 12 times. luckily, three people in the car weren't injured by the gunshots. police arrested the man yesterday afternoon. he's being three counts murder. ( darya ) in the north bay... police shot a man after police say he pointed a gun at officers. it happened on lakeville circle in petaluma. officers got a call about a man who had a gun... and was making suicidal threats. police tried to negotiate with him for nearly 2 hours. they say it appeared the man then reloaded the gun... and pointed it at them. officers then shot him. he was rushed to the hospital where his condition is unknown. no officers were injured. ( darya ) in the east bay... one man is dead and another is injured after a shooting in oakland. it happened on east 23rd street. one of the men was taken to the hospital and the other died at the scene. police have not named the victims or any suspects. ( will ) today marks the 50th anniversary of martin

luther king junior's assasination. u-c berkeley will join a national bell tolling in his honor. the over 5-ton bell will ring for each year of the civil rights leader's life at the campanile esplanade. it starts at noon and is expected last around 5 minutes. the school's chorus will also sing gospel songs after the service. ( will ) san francisco is now part of seven cities and 17 states that are suing the trump administration over the 20-20 census. the administration plans to include a citizenship question on the census. the lawsuits claim the question will deter undocumented immigrants from participating ... resulting in an undercount in cities with large undocumented populations. census information is used to determine federal money for cities and states... and to allocate seats in the house of representative ( darya ) state water officials say they may have to use the partially rebuilt spillway at the oroville dam. this will be the first test for the dam since the

structure was badly damaged last winter. the department of water resources says the next storm system could trigger releases this week or next. right now... they're stepping up releases through other outlets in hopes of avoiding the need to use the spillway. damage on the main spillway almost led to a catastrophe in february 2017. that's when authorities ordered nearly 200- thousand people to evacuate. in mendocino county will be out this morning at 8... looking for 3 missing children. a number of bay area agencies will be taking part. sarah and jennifer hart plunged off a cliff. their bodies were found at the scene... along with 3 of their 6 children

last week. crews have attempted to search the crash site.. but say its been difficult. ( darya ) investigators believe the crash was intentional. evidence shows that the familiy's car came to a stop... then drove off the cliff. ( darya ) state lawmakers want to change california's policing policy ... just weeks after the deadly shooting of stephon clark. he was the unarmed black man killed by sacramento police. democratic assemblymembers are proposing officers to only use deadly force to prevent imminent death or serious injury. 162 people died at the hands of california police officers last year...the most in the country. kern

county has the highest rate of people killed by police per capita...more than any other county in the u-s. california's current justified shooting law was written in 18-72. east bay mud is opening its doors to give us a rare look at some of their facilities and eqiupment. the agency has spent years working to replace more than 4- thousand miles of old water pipes. the new more flexible pipes are designed to survive earthquakes and last for another century. the district is also constructing a new 9-million gallon water tank in castro valley which replaces an older reservoir in the same location. the goal of all these projects is to build a durable water system across the bay area. when the current pipe

replacement project is complete, east bay mud says the system should be able to last for another 100 years. ( darya ) quintuplets born to a mountain house couple are finally settling into their new home. their parents say they are healthy and thriving. this is what it looks like during the lunch rush.the quintuplets, two girls, noelle and gabriella and three boys... lincoln preston and grayson, were born three months ago. the kemple family is now getting advice from other parents in their situation including another local mom of 10 year old quaduplets.

( darya ) back to our top story this morning... a top story this back to our top story this morning... a woman angry with youtube opens fire at the company's headquarters in san bruno.( will ) here is what we know this morning. the shooter has been identified as 39-year-old nasim aghdam from san diego. three people were shot and are still in the hospital this morning. one of the victims is a 36- year-old man... who is in critical condition. the other two victims are women. one is in serious condition... the other is in fair condition. doctors won't say what type of gun that was used... but they've ruled out an automatic weapon. ( darya ) here are how the events unfolded... police first responded to the scene around 1:35 yesterday afternoon after multiple calls reporting the shooting on cherry avenue. this is a map showing you where the youtube headquarters is located in san bruno. by

dispute with the company.the official said investigators believe aghdam used the name nasime sabz online. a website in that name decried youtube's policies and said that youtube was trying to "suppress" content creators.the official spoke to ap on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case publicly.aghdam's father said his daughter was angry youtube stopped paying for videos she posted on the platform and warned police she might go to the company's headquarters.

autorities arrived to the home found a silver four door honda that had landed onto a detached garage.. in the homeowners backyard. no one was inside that garage when police arrived. the driver of the vehicle had also fleed. no injuries were reported... police say they are investigating the accident as a hit and run. ( darya ) 2 people are in custody after stealing a car and evading police. it started early yesterday morning on refugio valley road in hercules. an officer saw the stolen car pulled over on the side of the road. he came up behind the car and turned on his spotlight. the driver sped off and led the officer on a chase... but later hit a curb. a second police car pulled up behind the thieves to try and stop them. the driver then backed into the patrol car... and drove off. shortly after police located the car near highway 4 abandoned. a witness spotted a man and woman jumping a fence in that area and called police. officers found the pair and arrested them.

( darya ) a man is in jail after a shooting at a shopping center in fremont. the shooting happened on decoto road after an argument in a drive-thru. the man shot at a car 12 times. luckily, three people in the car weren't injured by the gunshots. police arrested the man yesterday afternoon. he's being charged with three counts of attempted murder. ( will ) s-f-o's terminal 1 will be named after the late harvey milk. milk was san francisco's first openly gay politictian. the board of supervisors approved the name change in a unanimous vote yesterday. milk was elected to the board of supervisors in 1977. milk was assassinated in 1978... along with mayor george moscone at city hall. they were killed by former supervisor dan white.
