( marty ) mountain view police have released body cam video showing officers meeting with the youtube shooter...just hours before last week's rampage.during that shooting... nasim aghdam injured three people, and then killed herself. the video is raising questions if more could have been done to stop the attack. kron4's maureen kelly talked to a former chief of s-f-p-d for some perspective. hi are you nasim? you are reported as missing.the video shows two mountain view police officers waking nasium ahgdham up as she slept in her car in a walmart parking lot after running her plate and learning

she was considered missing. before approaching her a dispatcher called thesan diego sheriff's to ask why ahgdham was considered at risk, learning her family was worried because she'd left behind her cell phone....and had never done anything like it before. when the officer's questioned her, ahgdham showed the officers her new phone and. told them she left home because she wasn't getting along with her family and was here looking for work. then the officers asked more delicated but pointed questions you don't want to hurt youself do you, and you don't want to hurt anyone else? you don't want to commit suicide or anything like that do you?there is no recording of the call when ahgham's father called back and told police that his daughter was angry with youtube over her belief the company was supressing her videos promoting the vegan diet and lifestyle. mountain view police say he did not mention anything to suggest she has the potential for violence that transpired the next day. i think the officers did it pretty much by the bookformer sfpd chief and current usf professor tony ribera reviewed the video. he believes the officers on scene did a comprehensive job and noted that aghdam heself presented no red flags.they

( marty ) a north beach staple reopens after a st. patrick's day fire forced it to close. michelangelo's restaurant had water damage and other fire- related issues to deal with. butafter nearly a month, michelangelo's reopened friday.and kron 4's hermela aregawi was there. people on motorcycles and a-t-v's. police cleared it out and made three arrests. two for vandalism and one for resisting arrest. oakland police say, two of their vehicles were vandalized during the sideshow. ( marty ) in san francisco, officials are taking action against people riding scooters on city streets. city supervisors, along with a pedestrian advocacy organization, are trying to find a way to regulate the scooters. this week, they sent a letter to some scooter companies, asking them to work on a permit system, so people don't ride on sidewalks. for now-- the companies tell riders through their mobile app that riding the scooters on sidewalks is illegal... the board of supervisors is expected to talk about the issue by the end of the month. people who want to enjoy stinson beach. the national park service says the parking lot has been partly reopned. flood waters from last weekend's big storm badly damaged the parking lot at the popular marin county beach. kron 4's charles clifford shows us the progress being made to rebuild the lot. natsnearly a week after the parking nearly a week nats natsnearly a week after the parking lot here at stinson beach was flooded by heavy rains, water is sill running through the lot. nats but after a week of clearing mud, rocks and debris, the national park service announced on friday that the southern and central parts of the parking lot are now open. the northern portion. . which was badly damaged by the storm and remains unstable and is closed indefinetly. that includes the bathroom on the northern end and many of the picnic spots spread out through the parking lot.soti've never seen anything like this growing up out here.regular vistors to stinson beach, like natie

around (traffic noise)back in october of 2017 i highlighted a dangerous section of a bike lane located at battery and the embarcadero(throwback)but you will see driver, after driver, after driver make that illegal maneuver across the dedicated bike lane so the city of san francisco installed flex posts to keep drivers from crossing over the bike lane and cutting off bicyclist and other drivers but in the true spirit of san francisco, drivers don't want nothing to do with it we almost what this uber driver who not sure what to do so he stops. police have released body cam video showing officers in an encounter with the youtube shooter...just hours before last week's rampage.during that shooting... nasim aghdam injured three people, and then killed herself. the video is raising questions if more could have been done to stop the attack. kron4's maureen kelly talked to a former chief of s-f-p-d for some perspective. hi are you nasim? you are reported as missing.the video shows two mountain view police officers waking nasium ahgdham up as she slept in her car in a walmart parking lot after running her plate and learning she was considered missing. before approaching her a dispatcher called thesan diego sheriff's to ask why ahgdham was considered at risk, learning her family was worried because she'd left behind her cell phone....and had never done anything like it before. when the officer's questioned her, ahgdham showed

( marty ) in san francisco, officials are taking action against people riding scooters on city streets. city supervisors, along with a pedestrian advocacy organization, are trying to find a way to regulate the scooters. this week, they sent a letter to some scooter companies, asking them to work on a permit system, so people don't ride on sidewalks.

rains, water is sill running through the lot. nats but after a week of clearing mud, rocks and debris, the national park service announced on friday that the southern and central parts of the parking lot are now open. the northern portion. . which was badly damaged by the storm and remains unstable and is closed indefinetly. that includes the bathroom on the northern end and many of the picnic spots spread out through the parking lot.sot i've never seen anything like this growing up out here. regular vistors to stinson beach, like natie tillotson, still can't believe how bad the damage is .soti was told the parking lot wouldn't open for a couple years but it's a little bit open now. so hopefully, it will get back. while the partial reopneing of the parking lot is good news for the inevitable wave of weekend beachgoers , the bad news is that hundreds of parking spots are still off limits. even with all the spots available, tiny stinson beach can get crowded with vistors on weekends. especially if the weather is nice.soteven with all the parking available its always a problem with people parking illegally. it will be a huge problem i think.the damage to the parking lot is extensive and so far there is no timetable set for when the repairs will be completed. finally, the other potential problem is that the rainy season isn't over yet. more rain is predicted for later this weekend. in marin county, charles clifford kron

kron 4's charles clifford shows us the progress being made to rebuild the lot. natsnearly a week after the parking lot here at stinson beach was flooded by heavy rains, water is sill running through the lot. nats but after a week of clearing mud, rocks and debris, the national park service announced on friday that the southern and central parts of the parking lot are now open. the northern portion. . which was badly damaged by the storm and remains unstable and is closed indefinetly. that includes the bathroom on the northern end and many of the picnic spots spread out through the parking lot.sot i've never seen anything like this growing up out here. regular vistors to stinson beach, like natie tillotson, still can't believe how bad the damage is .soti was told the parking lot wouldn't open for a couple years but it's a little bit open now. so hopefully, it will get back. while the partial reopneing of the parking lot is good news for the inevitable wave of weekend beachgoers , the bad news is that hundreds of parking spots are still off limits. even with all the spots available, tiny stinson beach can get crowded with vistors on weekends. especially if the weather is nice.soteven with all the parking available its always a problem with people parking
