at the coast. the sea breeze will continue to strengthen tonight and tomorrow to bring much cooler weather to the entire bay area by tomorrow. it's quiet on the doppler now but we could see some showers over the mountains the next few days. on the satellite image you can see a low pressure system off the coast. much cooler air will sweep in from the gulf of alaska and drop some temperatures more than 20 degrees compared to todays highs. so tomorrow we will see most highs in the 50s and 60s with a few low 70s well inland. it will also be windy at times making it feel even cooler. it will be even cooler on thursday with the warmest temperatures in the upper 60s. high pressure then begins to build in and temperatuers start to warm on friday. the weekend looks beautiful with highs warming above normal again.
