ruby andersen's body was discovered by engineering staff here inside an internal stairwell of the san francisco general hospital power plant just before 1 pm wednesday. that's 10 days after the 76 year old was reported missing to the san francisco sheriff's department by a staff member of the residential care facility for the elderly located on the hospital's campus. she had signed herself out at 9am the day before, saying she planned to be back by 4p, but never returned.the board and care facility treats those over 60 years old with mental issues who need additional non medical care.family members say anderson suffered from dementia. this is the missing person's flyer that deputies circulated on campus. it turns out where anderson was last seen is not far from the plant where her body was found. it's a situation that brings back memories of lynn spaulding, the patient who died of hydration in a general hospital stairwell. that 2013 incident sparked a chan in protocol that triggers a search of the entire campus

( robin )we've seen it before... double parking: it's a practice that drives many san francisco drivers crazy. and some of those who think they're getting away with it... have a surprise coming. stanley roberts explains in this edition.. of people behaving badly. there are so many ways you can spend money on mission street in san francisco and you don't even have to get out of your car insert random dude into shot natsfor instance watch the woman get of the minivan
4:40 am
to talk to the parking enforcement officer we wants him to ignore the fact that the minivan is in the bus zone engine starting door closes then the minivan drives off long before she could be handed a parking ticket oh but not so fast . believe it or not that driver just spent 288 dollars now let's go back to the very first video see this van with the door open, it's by design you see every transit bus rolling up and down mission are armed with cameras like this one at the push of a button the bus drivers can record anyone double parked in the transit lane or the bus zone.. then the sfmta looks at the photos and decides if the cars is issued a 1 hundred dollar ticket nats ambiance so what happens is this while drivers still invade both zones, they are cognizant of the cameras so they basically dive bomb the zones in between buses for instance, this honda driver has been sitting in the bus stop to drop off a passenger who is slow to get out the car this is a good example drivers will sit until they
4:41 am
see a bus then they either attempt to legally park or they take off traffic sound like this uber driver who is dropping off a passenger, but notice the parking spot right next to the car . however the driver will sit with his park anywhere button activated until the uber picks up another passenger haaaaay now just for the record there are signs posted reading no double parking anytime commercial vehicles includedbus drivers tell me many ride hails drivers who have no plates give the bus driver the bird as they pass by and many of the drivers are using photoblocker spray to defeat the cameras but what it boils down to is this there are two ways you can lose your money on mission you just have to decide how much you want to lose or you could simply park legally and only pay the cost of the parking meter personally i prefer the latter in san francisco stanley roberts kron 4 news (robin) coming up on the
