(ella)there 9 propositions on the san francisco ballot in the hands of voters tonight...let's highlight a few... (ella) prop e - ban the sale of flavored tobacco and if a retailer is caught even selling packaging that shows characteristics of flavor their sales permit can be banned for 90 days for a first violation, 6 months for a second, and a year for a third. those in favor want to curb kids from getting hooked on tobacco while opponents point to history saying prohibition has never worked and this will only hurt businesses. prop h - arming sfpd with tasers by the end of this year-the police commission approved this last november and the police association has been asking for this added tool saying it will help avoid deadly situations by having a less lethal use of force, while opponents say the tasers would deviate from the focus of deescalation and would cost the city $4.5 million dollars for equipping and training officers prop f - would provide legal representation for tenants

facing eviction. it would require a landlord to warn the resident in writing of a possible eviction that way they can take it to court and file a lawsuit. this prop would help the tenant pay those legal fees. (catherine) san francisco police are asking the public's help in finding a person who pushed a mother carrying her baby... an incident that left the woman badly injured. it happened sunday night in noe valley. kron4's maureen kelly went to the neighborhood -- where police are looking for witnesses and surveillance video. it was just after 6 pm sunday evening here near the corner of 28th and sanchez streets. officers responded to a call of a woman bleeding from the head. the vicitm....a 37 year old woman who was carrying her six month old stapped to the front of her body in way similar to what you see in this video. luckily the baby girl was uninjured. the woman, who suffered a deep laceration didn't remember much about what happened.she did not see what happened she felt a bump or push which caused her to fall which grade the injurythis sand on the sidewalk is where she

(vicki) happening now in sonoma county. crews just got a handle on a fire at a pallet factory...that has prompted an evacuation order for residents in the area. authorities says the flames erupted this afternoon at the factory in schellville. no word on what sparked the fire. but back in 2013...you may remember when kron four reported that the same pallet factory burned in a massive fire. those flames were started in nearby grass by sparks from a tow truck pulling a car dolly. that fire caused an estimated $million dollars in damages. ((vicki))lava has covered nearly five-thousand acres on hawaii's big island as the kilauea volcano continues to erupt.the island is also coping with airborne threat - as lava hits ocean water, creating a deadly mix known as "laze," or lava haze.this, as earthquakes continue to rock the area - nearly 10-thousand of them in the last 30 days. scott mclean reports. helicopters search overhead looking for anyone stranded in the latest area in the path of lava from the kilauea volcano. three people had to be airlifted out over the weekend. while most people had evacuated the pokoho vacation land area already, there is a potential for nine other people to be stranded, without power, cell service, or basic services.from the water, it's easy to see where lava has started to hit the ocean. mclean: "that is unreal! can you see that?"violent explosions turn to pure white smoke called laze - a
