( marty ) they've done it again... the golden state warriors are n-b-a champs after sweeping the cleveland caveliers.( marty ) it's back to back championships and the third in four years, kron4's mark carpenter and kim smith are in cleveland ... with the latest this morning. the golden state warriors are taking home their third nba championship trophy in four years following their win tonight over the cleveland cavaliers in cleveland. the warriors swept the cavaliers in four games with a 108-85 win tonight. the warriors kevin durant was the championship's most valuable player. durant scored a playoff-career high 43 points in game 3 wednesday to lead the warriors to a win.

tonight he scored a triple- double with 20 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists. a parade for the championship warriors will be held tuesday starting at 11 a.m. in oakland. the parade will begin on broadway at 11th street. it will go down broadway to 20th street, then right to harrison street, then right to 19th street, left to lakeside drive and then to oak and 13th streets where it will end. fans can begin to line up for the parade starting at 6:30 a.m. this year, the celebration will not include a rally after the parade. instead, oakland officials said they have focused their efforts on creating an interactive parade. oakland officials expect over 1 million

overnight ... one man is is being treated for life- threatening injuries after being shot by san francisco police. the shooting happened in north beach last night. san francisco police were following a suspect on the 1300 block of grant avenue. during that pursuit ... one officer fired shots ... and the suspect was hit. the suspect was taken to a local hospital. the officers were not injured. ( marty ) a big story we're following this morning. cal fire is now blaming p-g-&e power lines for starting at least a dozen wildfires which devastated parts of northern california last fall. attorneys for the fire victims are responding to the cal-fire report which blames p-g-and-e.

there is still no clear winner .. and we may not know until next week . kron 4's charles clifford is in san francisco... with more on the ballot count. on friday, vote counting continued at san francisco's department of elections.with mark leno now leading london breed by a mere 144 votes, there are still 64,900 ballots left to be counted. with the race this tight, department of election director john arntz says they are double checking the city's wearhouse at pier 48 for any misplaced ballots.sotthere will be material from our wearhouse coming back to city hall that will be valid ballots, i promise you. the numbers won't be extermeley high but ther will be some coming back to us. the department of elections has also recieved almost all of the outstanding mail in ballots and they are now in the process of counting those votes.arntz points that out that even though interest in the mayor's race is high, the department is still collecting votes for all the various state and local elections and

ballot measures. every ballot has four voting cards inside and all those votes need to be tabulated, not just he votes for san francisco mayor.sotwe can't seperate a card just for one race. we can't just pull the mayors race out and tabulate that one contest to give an answer about where this contect might lead to. arntz also says that once the mail in ballots are counted , staff will still need to count thousands of provisional ballots by verifying signatures and examing each and every voting card. soti don't see that happening before monday.vote counters will work until 10 tonight and then be back tomorrow and saturday. director arntz wouldn't give a date when vote counting would be finished and hinted the work could continue into next week.in san francisco, charles clifford kron 4 news. drink in his hand. she said he had a slurred voice when he yelled ' hey let me give you a ride.' she ran across the street into a nearby business and called her mother. ( marty )in the north bay, the c-h-p has released video of a crash involving a smart train and a box truck. police say the smart train was traveling northbound when it hit the truck on todd road in santa rosa. they say the train was not damaged. the driver of the truck is in the hospital with unknown injuries. the cause of the crash is still being investigated. ( marty )mountain view police are looking for fraud victims after sun-mee kim -- pictured here -- was arrested for making false domestic violence claims. police say kim claimed her fiance had attacked her and had him arrested. it turns out the man was just her housemate and she robbed him while he was locked up. police are now looking for other male victims in the area. investigators

ballot count. on friday, vote counting continued at san francisco's department of elections.with mark leno now leading london breed by a mere 144 votes, there are still 64,900 ballots left to be counted. with the race this tight, department of election director john arntz says they are double checking the city's wearhouse at pier 48 for any misplaced ballots.sotthere will be material from our wearhouse coming back to city hall that will be valid ballots, i promise you. the numbers won't be extermeley high but ther will be some coming back to us. the department of elections has also recieved almost all of the outstanding mail in ballots and they are now in the process of counting those votes.arntz points that out that even though interest in the mayor's race is high, the department is still collecting votes for all the various state and local elections and ballot measures. every ballot has four voting cards inside and all those votes need to be tabulated, not just he votes for san francisco mayor.sotwe can't seperate a card just for

( marty )mountain view police are looking for fraud victims after sun-mee kim -- pictured here -- was arrested for making false domestic violence claims. police say kim claimed her fiance had attacked her and had him arrested. it turns out the man was just her housemate and she robbed him while he was locked up. police are now looking for other male victims in the area. investigators say kim has also victimized numerous men in southern california. police say she goes by several names and is known to use online dating

( marty )french authorities say they will conduct toxicology tests on the body of celebrity chef and t-v host anthony bourdain. a friend discovered bourdain's body in his hotel room in france early friday morning. french police say bourdain used a hotel bathrobe belt to take his life. bourdain was in france working on an upcoming episode of his award-winning series for c-n-n. through his tv shows and books, he explored the human condition and tried to help audiences think differently about food and travel. in 20-13 bourdain was awarded the peabody award.he also won an emmy award. his t-v career started when he hosted "a cook's tour" on the food network, then moved to "anthony bourdain: no reservations" on the travel channel beofre joining c-n-n in 20-13. he has also made several trips to restaurants in the bay area. anthony bourdain was 61 years old. and after the break... we visit a popular spot
