we're told heather was intoxicated and combative, kicking a deputy and an emt. as a result, she was booked on two counts of misdemeanor battery. a source tells "e.t." that heather quote has hit rock bottom. she's not been taking care of herself. sadly, her addiction has made her paranoid. she's been warned this could mean real jail time. she's finally made a decision to check into a facility. this is the second time in less than six months heather has been arrested for attacking an officer. charges from a similar altercation in february to which she pled not guilty. her court hearing is scheduled for tomorrow at 1:30. no legal trouble for roseanne barr. but she says she lost everything because of her controversial tweet. she bears all in an interview that was recorded one day after she was fired and her show was canceled. it is clear her emotions are raw. >> i definitely feel remorse. i've made myself a hate magnet. of course i'm not a racist.
