>> heather was leaving the jail in pajamas. authorities allege she was intoxicated and combative when she kicked a police officer and a medic investigating a domestic disturbance at her home. a source told "e.t." heather was supposed to check into rehab before the suspected overdose occurred. her downward spiral became public in february.
