francisco arrest a man for a violent home invasion robbery in the city's south beach neighborhood. the robbery happened on the 200 block of king street on saturday. police say kem leblanc beat and choked the 65-year-old woman who lived in the home. the woman was treated and released from teh hospital. police found le blanc at a bus stop on 5th and howard streets 24 hours after the attack. he is facing several charges that include elder abuse. breaking news out of san jose. police are looking for a driver who caused a áseven car hit and run. this happened around 1 this morning on vine street...that's near downtown san jose. in this video you can see the vehicles are just mangled. glass is all over the street. several people are injured and are seen being put in in ambulances on stretchers. kron 4 has a crew headed to the scene.

( darya ) a man accused of molesting 4 children while he worked at a school and summer camp... has pleaded "no contest" to felony charges. hoang tran was an after- school coach at brittan acres elementary school in san carlos for about a month last year. prosecutors say he molested 3 victims there... and a 4th child at a summer camp last july. tran pleaded no contest to the felony charges ... on the condition he register as a sex offender... and serve a 3- year state prison term. ( darya ) 7 men accused of touching several young girls at a roseville water park will ánot be charged. officers were called to the park memorial day weekend.... after a group of girls told security that the men had groped them.

prosecutors say they don't have enough evidence to file charges. ( darya ) a sacramento mother is suing police and the sheriff's department... after she says her son was fatally shot for no reason. mikel mcintyre's family says they waited 14 months for information on why the 32-year old father was shot. police got calls about mcintyre choking a woman in a car.. that woman turned out to be his mother... who denies she was choked. the sheriff's department says mcintyre fought with police... hitting an officer in the head with a rock and also injuring a police dog. cell phone video shows him running from deputies just before he was shot. there is a number of producers that simply haven't tested their products others have chosen to test those products but those testing requirements have increased and as they increase everyone is sending their source materials off to what is known as a level to screening for state testing that's what all the producers are scrambling to do nowbut some products on dispensary shelves are being discounted because their packaging won't meet new child resistant and tamper resistant standards going in affect the same day. like this jar of pot right here....which has a plastic seal.....but isn't considered child resistant. here's another example of what state regulators are looking for. you might have to press down and turn it like you would a pill bottle the store staff say business has been brisk as a result.the more people that figure out there are sales going on they been coming in and flooding the store as well as onlineshoppers i spoke to were happy about the temporarily cheaper pot prices......but at least one, who didn't want to appear on camera was happier at the idea of t stricter pot screening.that's important i
