at 5... a five year old...allegedly molested twice...by two different children at travis air force base. and now the family is taking action. a lawsuit is now being filed... saying the child-care center at air force base in fairfield did not properly supervise the little girl... leading to the assaults. kron 4's haaziq madyun has the story. nats/facebook video"my five year old daughter has only been at the youth center for three weeks and she has already been molested...yes!" you are looking at a facebook video that was uploaded by tanisha porter. she says she posted the video because she was frustrated by the lack of repsonse by officials at the travis youth center on the travis air force base. that is where she alleges her daughter was molested in two separate incidents, by two different childrensotsotthe child's father marcus robinson says both incidents occurred in the travis youth center's restroom. he says the civilian

(vicki) a story you will only see on kron 4... new details tonight into the rideshare rapist case.. the man accused of raping four women while posing as a rideshare driver. kron 4 has obtained court document detailing the terifying incidents, many that occured in the south of market area. that's where kron 4 's dan kerman joins us live tonight. dan?

court documents say suspected rideshare rapist orland vilchez lazo "targeted women who were particularly vulnerable" and should be held without bail because his release "would result in great bodily harm to others." court documents say the first incident occurred november 1 of 2013 and began outside virgil's sea room, a mission district bar. after calling a rideshare company, the victim was "picked up by a driver claiming to be her ride." court documents say she was "intoxicated during the drive" and "fell asleep." when she woke up she was in a deserted parking lot. that's when she was sexually assaulted.the second incident occurred february 18 of this year and began outside temple bar south of market. court documents say "the victim was sick from

the effects of alcohol" and she and her friend got into what they thought was the rideshare vehicle they ordered. when (the victim) "stated she needed to vomit... the driver pulled over and directed the friend to get a bottle of water for her." the defendant then drove off ... as the victim drifted "in and out of consciousness"... "he took her to a secluded location" where he sexually assaulted her.the third incident occurred may 5 of this year. court documents say the victim had "consumed several glasses of wine." she contacted a rideshare vehicle and got into a car she thought she had ordered. court documents say "the defendant proceeded to drive her to an unknown location... and stood in front of (the victim) with a knife." that's when authorities say she was sexually assaulted.the 4th incident occurred june 10 and began outside the temple bar. the victim ordered a rideshare vehicle and got into the one she believed she had ordered. "(the victim) was falling asleep and waking up throughout the course of the

ride." when she awoke, she was in an unknown location and "he began to threaten her and held a knife to her neck. she realized the wetness on her hands was her own blood and that she had been trying to fend off the knife with her hands." that's when she was sexually assaulted. but during the attack court documents say "she was able to get the door open after a struggle and was able to get out of the car and run away." the deadly wildfire near yosemite is burning out of control. so far-- the fire in mariposa county has scorched more than 17-thousand acres and it is more than 18-hundred firefighters are

battling the fire. there are road closures and mandatory evacuations.(vicki) here's a look at where the fire is burning right now. it's happening just west of yosemite... and el portal. all trails, campgrounds, restaurants and lodges at yosemite remain open. but smoke from the fire is polluting the air and limiting visibility. and the triple digit temperatures mixed with gusty winds are making for a dangerous situation for firefighters. . the wait is over. the agonizingly long closure that has deprived thousands of people from enjoying the much of the central california coast along highway one is no more. kron four's rob fladeboe was there as some very happy campers cheered when the road detour signs came down. nats (drivers cheer and honk) it was a long time coming. a year and a half, give or take, but the coast highway is open again, all of it. until today, much of the big sur coast was cutoff from southern california while tourists and locals alike faced long detours to get here.phil sklar/tourist "..we had heard friday and then we heard it was today man so we said let's get down there and check out the opening...." walnut creek is dealing with a housing crisis... or, more like a housing shortage. kron four's philippe djegal reports... the citys oking at ways to incentivize building more affordable housing -- with a focus on density. "he took her to a secluded location" where he sexually assaulted her.the third incident occurred may 5 of this year. court documents say the victim had "consumed several glasses of wine." she contacted a rideshare vehicle and got into a car she thought she had ordered. court documents say "the defendant proceeded to drive her to an unknown location... and stood in front of (the victim) with a knife." that's when authorities say she was sexually assaulted.the 4th incident occurred june 10 and began outside the temple bar. the victim ordered a rideshare vehicle and got into the one she believed she had ordered. (ken) the deadly wildfire in mariposa county... is still burning out of control. so far-- the fire has burned more than 17-thousand acres and it is just 5-percent contained. more than 18-hundred firefighters are battling the blaze right now. and there are road closures as well as mandatory evacuations in the area. here's a look at where the fire is burning right now. it's happening just west of yosemite national park... and el portal. all trails, campgrounds, restaurants and lodges at yosemite remain
