a lot of red flags. on monday, the same day jen was getting her star on the hollywood walk of fame, ben had alcohol delivered to his home. the next day police were called when ben's dogs managed to get out of his house. and this, the actor spent last weekend with 22-year-old playboy model shauna sexton. but the big question, what triggered ben's relapse? well, the actor recently broke one girlfriend lindsay shookus, an "snl" producer, after one year together. a source tells us lindsay was a huge support to ben and he was doing really well. she truly helped him with his sobriety, and jen loved that he had a steady situation. and there's another factor. alcoholism runs in his family. >> my father was a real alcoholic. you know, he drank all day, drank every day. and to his credit he got sober ultimately and he's been sober for several decades, which i think is pretty impressive. >> this is ben's third time in rehab. a source tells us that ben's loved ones are hoping this stint in rehab will be different.
